Beautiful and peaceful

Great Experience

My family & I had a great experience staying in this location. The only things that we were a little suprised with (after being released from the hospital on Monday & traveling 10 hrs to get there) the number of stairs, the size of the shower as well as the water pressure being low. The large size laundry room (but the big bugs were a bit creepy even though they were dead). We were informed by other guests that we were allowed to use pools at other facilities. We really enjoyed the pool/shower house/bathroom area being such easy access. There were a good number of locations to shower all the sand off. The AC worked great on hot days! This is a very spacious home & our family enjoyed the time we had here! Thank You!!!

We've been staying at this property for the past seven years and look forward to going every year. We've always found the condos clean, the property beautiful, the beach lovely and the C&G fabulous to deal with in every way.However, this year, the pool was not kept clean/was cleaned poorly and the bathrooms were not restocked during that week. We had to replace the toilet paper ourselves. This has been the first time in seven years that we've had this issue and it coincides with a new company handling the pool area. They certainly do not handle it as professionally or as well and the gentleman the recently retired.I hope that the property will look into this and demand better service from the company they are currently using.

Beautiful Views

The many steps inside could be a challenge to some people. It was a short walk to the pool and a good walkway to the wide beach. We would love to stay again.

Needs updating

We enjoyed our stay however the accommodations could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom outlet tripped the breaker if more than one item was plugged into it. I didn’t see any live roaches but I did see a few dead ones. The ocean view was beautiful but the view from the low chairs was obstructed by the railing. The location was great and the beaches were not crowded which was very nice.

Reviewer Comments: Very beautiful facility with all that any family could ever need.This unit overlooks the pool from a large deck and ocean as far as you can see!Very secluded and nestled between mangroves and the beach.Very easy access to the beach with a very easy walk.Unit is beautifully decorated with absolute comfort with the bedding.Close to restaurants and grocery stores.I will stay here again and would highly recommend this unit or complex to anyone with children as there is so much to the way,for those of you that like to fish there is a great fishing hole right from the surf as we caught flounder,drum,and blues frequently in the mornings and late in the afternoon.Plenty of shells for those that like to collect sea shells.Staff at Cannon and Gruber were very professional and helpful with our reservations and other things.Terry Todd

Great family retreat

We had a wonderful time at Coral Shores 14! The property suited our family with young children well and the proximity to the pool and beach were perfect! The only challenge was parking. We drive a 15 passenger van and the older garages were too short for our vehicle as well as many of the larger SUVs and trucks in the lot. This led to limited parking in the lot. Overall, though, a great place to stay while visiting a beautiful location on the coast!

Great quiet place

We rented 2 units side by side and we had a WONDERFUL time!! The beach was basically all to ourselves. Its very quiet in he surrounding areas. The pool and the property is very well maintained and the rooms were super clean and very spacious! Our a/c went out on one of our units the first day, I called and they sent someone right out. He was there and had it fixed within an hour or so. Super friendly property manager who answered all of our crazy questions! We will DEF stay here again!! One of my favorite vacations!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, not a very good experience. I left a message with Cannon Gruber when I returned the keys and haven't heard from anyone about our complaints. To summarize, black mold on all the AC vents. Bathroom facilities not adequate to accommodate 2 families, especially the upstairs. Very noticeable musty smell when entering the first time. Tedious walk to the beach with all the up and downstairs on the boardwalk. Refrigerator was very dirty which we needed to clean before using. Those are the highlights or should I say lowlights of our stay.

Beach Time with Family

The beach front, pool, and running/walking trail on the Sound side were quite nice. Everyone was polite, and the number of families on the beach gave more watchful eyes on kids in a rough surf, We have a larger family, and having a nice kitchen and table was appreciated. The kids could spread out, watch tv, play cards while the parents chilled out on another floor. The quick and effective means of communication with Cannon and Grubsr made for seamless rental, helpful tips, and check out. Thanks to all for a great trip.

The beach was nice and quite and not too many people. The pool was very nice and the grandkids had a blast in it. The pool is open until 11 pm and that was a plus because the kids could swim after we returned from going out for dinner. Atlantic Beach is a onderful place to take the kids as there is plenty to do. We can hardly wait until next year to return and yes we will stay sit Coral Shores.
