Thanks for the review and feedback Terry. Apologies for the inconvenience with the AC. We typically turn it on well in advance of the arrival of our guests. Given the increase in temperatures this summer; moving forward, we'll let it run for a longer period prior to check-in. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us.

Sorry that there was low water pressure Tod, however, this was an isolated case resulting from an issue with the main water line to the complex.

Thanks for you review Valerie. We have since added a Ninja blender, new knives/cutlery and other items.

Thanks so much Suman. We're so happy that you enjoyed your stay at our property. It was a pleasure to host you and your family.

Thanks so much Chaline. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family. I truly appreciate how clean and tidy you left the unit. I hope that you'll choose to stay with us should you ever return to Nassau.

Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us. Unfortunately, it seems as if my property and the complex fell short of your expectations. Although subjective, the embellishments in your review seems to reflect this; perhaps a case of buyer’s remorse! My property is a large, modest and moderately priced unit within a comparable resort complex and our pricing relative to similar properties on Paradise Island reflects this. The positive verbal and posted reviews we’ve received on this platform and others is a testament to this. We pride ourselves on cleanliness (hence the clean floors you’ve noted) and have never had any complaints in this area as evidenced in our previous reviews. We would never and have never provided rusted kitchenware (which are all relatively new). Notwithstanding, I will certainly work with my property manager and her cleaning team to investigate this and the other matters you’ve mentioned as a matter of urgency. If the pool was “frigid” as you’ve reported, it was likely due to the unusually colder weather system which impacted our area during your stay. Typically, only a few if any of the more upscale resorts in The Bahamas and in fact the region, have heated swimming pools. I trust that despite your experience, you had an enjoyable stay and wonderful vacation in The Bahamas.

Thanks Larry. We appreciate your feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you. My apologies once again for the water pressure issue that day. Unfortunately this was a challenge for some parts of the entire complex and has since been resolved. We'd love to host you again should you ever plan to return. All the best.

Thanks so much Jeremy. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family and we'd be delighted to host you again. Paul & Philip
