Wonderful house

We went to Jean Phillipe and Marias house in july 2023 for 2 weeks. We are a large family of 9 adults and we had an absolutely marvelous vacation among nature and a garden that we only could dream of. We are not very interested in making too much commercial and too many reviews of this place because we would actually rather keep the place to our selves......but we want to make sure that Jean-Phillipe and Maria know that we couldn't had wish for more at our stay in The rosmarin house! Thank you so much for letting us in and send our love to the wonderful Tottenham fan :-)

It was a great pleasure to have Anne and her family as guests in our house. What a lovely group from Denmark - friendly, open and respectful towards the environment. We would be happy to welcome them again, any time! M.

We had a lovely time at Renata's place. The outside areas, the view and the pool were amazing. We especially loved the terrace overlooking the pool. The inside space was also lovely and had mostly everything you need. We had a brilliant time overall and would happily go back. There only drawbacks we found were that the location is further from a town than we realised (the map on VRBO/Google shows it being in Montegiorgio but it is not in near walking distance to any town at least one hour in country roads). We had expected to be able to walk to a shop/restaurant. This wasn't really a huge issue as we had a car anyway so just changed our approach but the map needs to be checked and fixed.

Was will man mehr?!

Beautiful villa perfect for a group of friends or family. Terrace, pool and views are amazing!

A group of 8 friends, we stayed at this beautiful property for ten days in early August and it was the perfect find for our holiday. The villa is even bigger and more impressive in reality than the pictures show - the bedrooms are all an excellent size and the kitchen and bathrooms are to a very modern standard while maintaining the villa’s lovely character. The gardens are beautifully maintained and we helped ourselves to the herbs when cooking. The terrace and pool are really special and this is where we spent most of our time relaxing. The views from the terrace while eating dinner or having a glass of wine are Italy at its best. The surrounding area is really charming with small towns and local markets to visit. Our hosts were very generous and helpful with local tips and recommendations for restaurants, beaches and sightseeing nearby. Myself and my friends would highly recommend a visit!

It was a special pleasure for us to welcome Tara and her friends in the Fattoria del Rosmarino - a friendly group of young people from different European countries who showed great interest in the surrounding area, in people and the culture of the region - and of course in Italian cuisine and way of life. This visit was a real enrichment for the Fattoria - and we are happy to recommend Tara and her friends as guests. Maria.
