Enjoy your stay in our two bedroom two bath home including kitchen with granite counter tops, laundry room, dining room and living room with hardwood floors. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds with attached full bath with tub/shower combo. Kitchen has gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc.. Fenced backyard with a charcoal grill and outdoor patio dining furniture. House is cooled and heated by central air. Free Wifi and Uverse TV. Perfect for friends or family visiting the UC Davis Campus. Walking and biking distance to downtown. Bike rentals available just around the corner. We welcome you to bring your dogs but please no cats.

Charming, wonderful home in downtown Davis

This charming cottage was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Corie left us some yummy snacks to kick start our stay, which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The house was very clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely backyard, and downtown Davis was a short walk away. Great place.

Sweet house in great location

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Davis. As a first time VRBO’er, I really appreciated the ease of communicating with Corinne and the helpful information she provided to enhance our stay. The house is great. The size is perfect for up to two couples. The furnishings and the appliances are top notch and the house has everything you may need. We really enjoyed the central location with a grocery store, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Davis.

Sweet weekend in first getaway we've experienced that was beyond pet friendly to pet preferred! Beyond cool: dog toys, decor, bowls, wonderful yard, scoop bags.... so convenient. Our 20 somethings loved the excellent snacks and I appreciated the top caliber choices in everything from coffee beans to linens. Just lovely.

We thoroughly loved staying at Ella’s Place. The location could not have been better since you are within walking distance to downtown, the UC Davis campus, and the Davis Food Co-op. The house itself is well equipped, warm, and inviting. Corrie left us some yummy treats to welcome us. We will definitely plan to return to Ella’s Place.

We bought this home for our daughter to live in while going to UC Davis. We still enjoy visiting, taking the dogs for a walk downtown and sitting on the front porch sipping coffee or wine.

Location, location , location! Bike rentals, Co-op and a restaurant just around the corner and only minutes walk downtown. Campus is an easy bike ride.
