Fairytale retreat at UC Davis, ultimate privacy and comfort

Gorgeous 1BD with loft cottage house located in an exquisite gated estate next to a modern day castle on 8 acres with a lake, sand beach, infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, manicured grounds, multiple water features. High end finishes throughout. Kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge. Loft had 2 twin beds and a trundle. Includes paddle boards, pedal boat, ping pong, basketball hoop, kids play structure.

Please note there are exterior surveillance cameras that are always on with motion sensor for security purposes:

3: driveway circle facing the guest house

Magical place

This is a wonderful spot! It was exactly as presented and we had a great time visiting our 2 Davis families. The little ones loved the beach and paddle boat and riding their scooters on the driveway. The teens loved the bb hoop and would have loved the pool if it had been open. We’ll come back some summertime. Thanks for letting us experience your castle grounds.

We are so glad you and your family had a good time. The pool opens up around May and stays warm til around September. Next time we will have ready a bottle of our olive oil and jam made from fruit grown on the property! Please come again!
