Gorgeous 1BD with loft cottage house located in an exquisite gated estate next to a modern day castle on 8 acres with a lake, sand beach, infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, manicured grounds, multiple water features. High end finishes throughout. Kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge. Loft has 2 twin beds and a trundle. Includes pedal boat, ping pong, basketball hoop, kids play structure.

Please note there are exterior surveillance cameras that are always on with motion sensor for security purposes:
