Welcome to your home away from home with an ocean view! Ours is a 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom, two story, ocean front condo located on the dunes, just steps down the path to your own private beach! Enjoy sunsets, sea life and white water surf from the family room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

We have worked hard to make this property a comforting welcome to the beach with technical conveniences, including keyless entry, smart TV's in all rooms, and a Google Home device for music or information on demand in the kitchen. We also now feature Starlink satellite service for high speed internet access! A visit to the beach no longer has to make a visit to the internet difficult!

Bedrooms invite you to relax on memory foam mattresses and remodeled bathrooms boast modern amenities with natural stone and Italian porcelain tile, an in-wall toilet, rain shower-head and barn door entry.

The living room touts a wall-mounted flat screen TV and service throughout the house includes streaming media players with access to Netflix, Pandora, HULU, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and other popular services, with standard TV service provided by YouTubeTV.

The downstairs bedroom sports a unique surprise for the kids and kids-at-heart with a cocktail-style arcade cabinet, featuring Pac-Man and 59 other digital distractions you might remember from the dawn of the video game era. Our fully stocked kitchen provides you with the essentials you need to get any meal on the table and the courtyard offers picnic seating with a grill for barbecuing (grilling supplies included!).

Gorgeous oceanfront property with all of the amenities of home! The deck off the dining room offers an amazing place to enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean. The home is literally minutes from the water with a very private beach…so nice. We WILL recommend this home to friends and family and hopefully return soon.

Walking into this house took my breath away. There are huge windows facing Monterey Bay and the beach is footsteps away on a nice path. The house is very nice and has everything needed to enjoy a great weekend or even a few weeks! The location is 20 minutes from downtown Monterey which we really liked because we felt like the beach was all ours. It is also close to Moss Landing and we did the slough safari there which was a lot of fun.We had 2 small children with us, and they had an absolute blast playing on the beach. The house had toys so that was really convenient as well.I would love to come back and stay longer!

Beautiful location that is so scenic. Felt like a great vacation getaway for us from LA. Recommend if you plan to go to Big Sur or Monterey Bay. Hosts were very helpful when needed too! Thank you for a great stay.

Delightful stay! So close to so many fun activities in Monterey, Carmel, Santa Cruz and more. Property was so beautiful and peaceful with so much beach to explore. Definitely one of my favorite stays!

This was a spacious property in a nice secluded spot that was very quiet and pretty. The complex is kind of secluded away tucked back behind farmland which is nice and in 15 min or so you can be at Walmart and restaurants. The negative is that this condo has seen better days. A couple things had been renovated but the rest was pretty old and in need of some love. I am not a style critic but more just things that were worn out and needed replacing so they work and just felt kind of old. I didn't need anything serious while here but asked the owner a question and let them know when we checked out and never got a response. It went up for sale right as we got here so maybe it was just at the end of its rental life. Still a really roomy place with amazing sunsets but needs a little maintenance and care.

This beach property has been in our family for over 20 years. As kids, we remember taking family vacations to Monterey Dunes Colony. We enjoyed spending time together in the sweet sanctuary of the private beach...a beach that is so private, it feels as if it is your very own.

We made memories on the sands of this beach, watching dolphins, otters and even whales swim by! We collected sea shells and sand dollars and giggled as tiny, digging crabs left behind bubbles in the sandy surf. We built driftwood forts and elaborate sand castles - we dug endless holes and studied everything that washed ashore. We delighted in the snowy plover running so fast they seemed to be on wheels. And after watching birds fly home for the night across an orange sunset, we ran excitedly into the house for hot chocolate and a warm bubble bath.

As adults, we find serenity with each inhale of ocean breeze and relax as we gaze at the sunset horizon that brings a crisp moon to watch over the diamond studded sky. We are grateful to be able to share this magical place and we welcome you here to find peaceful retreat and make special memories of your own.
