Community pool, spa, 1 tennis court & 1 pickleball court. Clubhouse, Gym, with universal weights and cardio equipment including treadmill.

Spectrum Bronze TV & Ultra Internet: 400Mbps download, 20Mbps upload.

Sit/Stand desk added to dining area for those who want to work from Del Mar (not pictured).

Awesome community to vacation. Great place to rest, walk, bicycle, surf and golf. Great location close to shopping and dining in downtown Del Mar.

Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, and Beach Toys included. Other beach amenities available upon request.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Please put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. 2. Please strip the beds and place all dirty linens and towels on the washer/dryer. 3. Hang up all keys on the Anchor in the foyer.
4. Place the remote controls for each room together, clearly visible. 5. Please take-out trash and recycling before you leave. 6. Lock all windows and sliding glass doors.
7. Make sure the door shuts firmly upon leaving. 8. Make sure the solar panel on the lock is in the down position. 9. Make sure the security screen door is closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
