Fully stocked Kitchen and appliances. WI-FI and HD TV’s (2). Washer and dryer IN the unit. Private Outdoor Patio Set and BBQ. - 1.5 hour drive from Miami Int. Airport. 24 hour security w/gate. Ample parking.

clubhouse w/tiki huts. Two-minute walk to sand area from the unit and new
dock w/breathtaking sunsets. The unit is behind the tennis/pickleball/basketball court. Complex is adjacent to public community park. (Founders Park) and 4 miles from major grocery stores and pharmacy as well as first class hospital. Close to the best restaurants in the Keys.
