We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our family, close beach access and only minutes to restaurants and shopping. Mr. Russell was a fantastic host, he was so accommodating and easy to work with! We will definitely be back!!

The property was as described and very clean! The host checked on us to make sure everything was in order and to see if we needed anything. He had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use which was such an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Pensacola GetawayWe had a wonderful stay in Pensacola. Richard met us at the house when we arrived and walked us through everything, making sure we knew how everything worked. Communication before the trip was excellent and made the whole process easy. The home itself was great — fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor space was a highlight, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short walk to the beach, where at times you had it to yourself, and only minutes from the downtown area, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning many more times.

Great location. The new deck was great and we enjoyed having our coffee there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage is a definite plus for coming back and unpacking everything after going to the beach. Richard is easy to get in touch with if you have questions and need anything! We loved the house! We so enjoyed Pensacola and couldn’t have asked for a better home owner to work with !! Oh and having all the newly renovated patios! The outside shower was a plus that we were surprised to like as well !

Wonderful beach house

Beautiful home and a quiet neighborhood. We love the wraparound deck and lounge chairs. Very short walk to the beautiful beach.

Awesome property with amazing decks in very close proximity to Beach/access. It isn't a party neighborhood, but we were always able to have a good time on property hassle free. Very nice host. We would stay again.

Fabulous Vacation Spot!!!

The beach house was amazing! Lots of room and easy access to the beach! Beds we’re comfortable, huge table to play games on, TVs in each room, and a huge porch with table and multiple chairs and lounge chairs. To top it off the outdoor shower was a lifesaver!!!
