Bahia Mar Resort Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This condo is a two bedroom, two bath condo perfectly located only seconds away from the beach. Each bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and each bathroom is complete and with plenty of towels and a starter kit of toiletries. Private washer and dryer in the condo so your things will always be fresh!

The New Bahia Mar has just had a multi million maker over! Come swim in our 2 brand new pools with hot tubs or play tennis on our new courts! No roads to cross, just walk out the door and you are at the beach. Condo just a few steps from the 2 large swimming pools and beach access.

****PLEASE NOTE: Babies and infants count toward the total occupancy of a reservation. Unfortunately, guests will be denied access if over the maximum number of people.
Number of guests will depend on number of people on the inquiry, no extra will be added. Children under the age of 4 will be counted as an occupant.

Parking Notes: Renters are allowed two free parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit can be issued for a $50.00 fee per vehicle. Please note that no boats, trailers, or R.V.s will be allowed on the property.
HOUSE RULES:

● Maximum occupancy limit: 6 guests (including children 12 and under)
● No invited Guests are allowed.
● Must provide valid ID to enter property
● No smoking allowed
● Minimum age to rent is 21
● All people are required to wear wristbands.
● Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
● This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats.
● Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.`s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
● Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed.
● We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property.

Our host, Lourdes, was very accommodating and responsive. She let us know about water shut offs that were occurring in order to change out valves in the system well in advance so we could plan accordingly. The condo was just as it was in the photos and had lots of storage space. We were very comfortable and met a lot of really nice and friendly people. We enjoyed the well landscaped meandering walkways and the beautiful and well maintained pools/hot tubs. One of very favorite places was the beach overlook area with couches and lounge chairs complete with umbrellas. The pavilion area was special when some locals and fellow guests teamed up to provide live music occasionally. The entire area felt very secure and the staff were courteous and friendly.

We had the absolute best time at this condo. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the location to the pool was wonderful. Very clean and the resort was clean and beautiful as well.

A relaxing vacation. Like Home at the island.

The place was comfy and clean it have everything you need to cook and shower. Located conveniently near the pool and the beach. The rooms are spacious my teens loved the stay. The communication with the owner is excellent she was very helpful, courteous, and always on time replying. I do recommend the stay here. Looking forward next vacation to book this place.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Resort staff were extremely courteous and security really watched who was on their property which was great for us with 2 teenage boys who wanted to wander around and do their own thing. Absolutely loved the seating on boardwalk looking out at the ocean. Only thing I didnt get was my sunset walks on the beach but the sunrises were beautiful.

Everything was just as we expected. We had a great time at this condo and the rest of the property and hope to be back!

We love it here. It was clean and spacious. We sat in the hot tub every night. Kids enjoyed the pool. No problems at all. The extra fans in the closets came in handy. We will return.

The condo was very comfortable and located in a beautiful resort. Although the weather didn't afford us the ability to use the pool or the beach, it was very beautiful and would have been very pleasurable to use. The Condo was exactly as advertised and the check-in was easy. The landlord was very responsive with questions we had. I thought the unit was on the ground floor but it was on a second level but it had easy access.

Beach vacation

This property was very lovely and consistent with to the pictures posted on line. It was well appointed and included fans for each bedroom which I greatly appreciated. The patio was large and shaded in afternoon and offered a partial ocean view ( which you could see from the inside sofa as well). It is a minutes walk to the beach and pool with sidewalks to walk on. The resort is well kept and clean with doggie bags and disposal receptacles. Garbage can at the bottom of the steps so no hauling it to a dumpster further away! We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful but a bit “sterile”.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Bahia Mar in SPI. Visually, it was just as you see in the online photos. There is definitely a view of the ocean just as you see online. We did pay quite a large price for this condo so I think we were expecting a few more “perks” like we have had in other VRBOs that we have rented such as salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters, area rugs and maybe a few more comforts such as kitchen wash cloths, sharp knives and maybe something to dampen the sound a bit, especially for the bedroom with the space between itself and the living room. I understand that this was a pet friendly condo and it needs to be easy to clean. It was beautiful and clean, just not super comfortable or homey.

Condo was clean EXCEPT UNDER COUCH CUSHIONS. We've stayed in this complex before so we were familiar. There was a terrible sewer odor in second bathroom that you could smell as soon as u walked in. Had all utensils needed. Did not like the fact that pest control knocked then tried to walk rite in. We asked for them to return the next day after we checked out. I'd suggest that the cleaning crew remove couch cushions and vacuum as it was VERY DIRTY. Beds were comfortable, Unit open, mostly CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and we really enjoyed our stay

Great Updated and Clean Condo

The owner was great to work with; quick to respond and take care of any needs. The condo is updated and clean. The pools are nice, and the sun deck facing the ocean was our favorite place to relax! A couple suggestions would be to replace the bedroom dresser, add a full length mirror, and some extra hooks in the bathrooms.

I don’t like the idea of wristbands at $15 per person but knew that before. They didn’t have me listed so I had to wait until they could find me along with a long line of families. You have to list who is in your unit then you pull over and wait so they can put each wristband on you then you have to read the numbers off to them. The place is clean and comfortable. The temperature outside was over 100 degrees but the pool felt like that too because the hot tub runs into the pool. They need to fix this issue because there is no need for a hot pool in summer months. I was really wanting to relax in cold pool.

We had a great time!

The condo was very nice, comfortable and clean! The property manager was great! Always responded to our questions and needs in a quick manner. Pool and beach access is literally just a short walk across the parking lot. Very quiet at night time and very family oriented around the complex. The guards at the gate do a great job of not allowing excess traffic onto the property if you re not staying on the property. Overall, I would stay here again.
