KINGS VIEW - WATERFRONT/BEACH FRONT Lake Havasu City

Two bedroom, Two Bath Condo. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer in the unit. Wi-Fi Internet for our renters!! Unit #205 is on the second floor (30 feet from the beach and on the London Bridge Boardwalk) with direct beach access for your enjoyment. This Condo is not a PARTY PLACE and there is a max limit of 6 PEOPLE allowed renting condo. YOU NEED TO MESSAGE me for extra cost for four or more people. For each add'l guest above four is $100.00 per person. The condo has a huge balcony with lots of chairs to sit outside and enjoy the warm Havasu weather or just sit and watch the boats drive by. The English Village is a short walk from the condo with shops, ice cream parlor, pizza and places to rent wave runners, jet skis, paddle boards and pontoon boats. There is also a ferry boat that will take you across the river to enjoy the casino. It's a beautiful walk along the channel and goes all the way to Rotary Park where there is a skate board park.
PETS NEED TO BE APPROVED!!!! There is an extra charge(if approved)pet fee of $200.00 per pet, size max 20 lbs. Rental rates are reflected on the booking calendar for pets/$200.00 cleaning fee per pet. NOTE: If you bring a pet into our condo without approval you will be charged!!
There is a list in the condo of what you need to do before you check out of the condo - if you choose not to clean up after yourselves, you will be charged extra accordingly....The condo should look the way it looked when you arrived. Holidays and peak season times are a higher nightly rate with a 3 night minimum in most cases.

Master bedroom equipped with queen bed, double glass doors to balcony, great views of water, beach, and London Bridge. Master has recliner, ceiling fan, tv & (2) tv remotes(2)and large closet.
The guest room has bathroom by bedroom door exit, tv & (2) tv remotes, ceiling fan and large closet. Also, living room with double glass doors open to balcony with more stunning waterfront and London Bridge views. Living room has large tv, & (1) remote, electric fireplace, large leather couches/leather recliners, and ceiling fans. Large dinning table for gathering.

You can pull your boat/jet skis right up to the beach and relax all day. Enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset on the huge balcony.

It is a five minute stroll on the Boardwalk to the "English Village Shops and Restaurants" and "London Bridge." You can rent paddleboards, boats, jet skis in the English Village. The Havasu Ferry shuttle to the gambling casino is a nice boat ride over. The Ferry is located in the English Village (all within a 5 minute walk from the condo - on the boardwalk)

Enjoy daily swimming in the Lake or the complex POOL which is located on the 2nd floor as well, you won't be disappointed. Great location for Long Winter Stays or Short Summer Getaways. GORGEOUS UPGRADED VACATION UNIT!!

The condo is very nice and clean, management communicated quickly as well. The location is ideal and views are excellent. The only setback was kids running around all evening above us. The only suggestion I might make is a barbecue. I would recommend staying there for sure.

This is an awesome property. It sits directly water front with a view of the London Bridge. It is a walk away from shops and restaurants. The property managers are the best to work with. So accommodating, kind and easy to communicate with, if you should ever need anything. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. Everything you need is available to you. They are also pet friendly which is a total plus in our book. This is our 3rd booking and we hope to continue as it has become our family annual trip. Thank you so much Cris and Kelly. Had an enjoyable month long stay. Easy walk to the bridge. PROs - location, elevator not too far (when needed), clean and comfortable, easy communication CONs - could use a few more items for the kitchen (cookie sheet, pizza pan, crock pot, manual can opener, additional silverware), we supplemented available household supplies (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, tissues) - like we would in our own home.

Family Fun

We have stayed in hotels and condos on the lake and found this one to be the most convenient for us. It is within walking distance to a lot of places to eat, trailer parking and boat docking available. This unit is upstairs, so the view is nice. Pets are allowed which is nice, we changed our plans and did not bring ours due to the heat. Kelly was very understanding, accommodating and communicated quickly.

Great location for our family. Mona(host) was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is our third time staying in this unit. It's nice to be able to get out of the heat without leaving the lake. This unit was clean. However, it is due for an update(minor remodel) This is the best place on the river for our needs.

Best Weekend Trip

This property is amazing. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is easily accessible for my 92 year old father who looks forward to time at the lake every year. He was especially impressed with the place and the awesome view. The beach is literally steps away, and while it was crowded this weekend, it was very entertaining. Lake life at its best. We look forward to another stay in the near future. Thanks again to Mona for a great place to enjoy the lake for the weekend. You are so easy to communicate with and respond promptly to the few questions we had.

Great condo right on the sandy channel. Beautiful view of the London Bridge! We enjoyed the large patio and spent lots of time watching the boats go by. Easy access to local businesses and nice walk along the boardwalk.

My Husband and I purchased this property 4 years ago- We love the location of the condo and the ease of visiting the river without having to
'pack in, pack out' to enjoy a day on the water. We enjoy bringing our grown kids and grandkids to Havasu to relax in the warm weather, sandy beach and boating fun. It's so convenient to enjoy the beach right in front of the unit - go out on the water - and come into the condo to relax on the balcony if we get tired. We hope you will enjoy our condo with your family as much as we enjoy sharing this with our family

Why they chose this property

This property is a good choice due to its location and ease of enjoying the river, water and beach from just 20 steps from the condo. Your family will love parking the boat right out front of the condo during the day and having fun on the sandy beach as well. Our condo is located in the first building on the second floor with one of the best views of the Lake Havasu River - Channel and the English Village . The balcony is big enough for the whole family to relax. Its great waking up in the master bedroom and the first thing you see is the blue water and sandy beach through the glass sliding doors.- walk out on the balcony and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and a good book - Great for relaxing. In the evening, have a family get together on the balcony and eat your dinner outside to continue enjoying the environment of family get togethers

What makes this property unique

Our Kingsview condo is in the first building on the second flood - meaning that we do not have a second building between you, the water and the view. You will not see any roof tops from our condo and we do NOT offer "peek-a-boo" views. The first building definitely offers the best views of the water, channel and the English Village
