Born and raised in Iowa -- found my way to Chicago after college -- and then found a little piece of 'paradise' in Michigan a short time later. Engaged on the Bluff, Married on the beach and now we have two boys who absolutely love everything there is to our 'Michigan home'. With a 16 year old with an extra chromosome and his little brother who just turned 12, our lives seem to speed by way too fast. It doesn't happen as much as it should, but a quick trip to Michigan puts everything in perspective and slows things down!! We love having the opportunity to share this with others and hear their stories along the way. So, if you get the chance, please be our guest!! Why they chose this property

Once you get to the beach the answer is obvious. But to have something that is this private and undeveloped yet so close to all the bustling tourist towns and big cities is nothing but amazing. It was a lottery pick and we were lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. The grounds are a little primitive, but the condos are incredible. And the beach..... well you just gotta see that for yourself. Then try realizing this is the midwest... and not an island!!! Plus, if you get to see a sunset, it will be something you will never forget....

What makes this property unique

Private Beach is our biggest asset. We have PGA worthy golf courses, 5-star restaurants, brewery's, some of the country's best wineries, tons of Antique shops, and numerous quaint, festive towns that are so very close. You can enjoy any of this or sit back by the beach and roast some marshmallows with friends and family as the sun sets. Plus, new heater in the pool for our June - Sept rentals!! That has nothing on the beach but just adds to the 'to do' list for your stay..... The choices are all yours -- and there's never a wrong one!! Come see for yourself... make the short trip to find your "Paradise"...
