FIVE STAR RESORT IN GREAT SMOKY MTNS. W/FREE WATERPARK, PETS OK

This is an exclusive resort (5 Star Elite) available this week only for the entire week. This is located at the top of the mountain with breathtaking views. Beautiful two bedroom unit with king bed and queen sleeper sofa in each. Both suites have separate entrances and capacity of four people. Could be used by a large family or split with two separate families. Suite #1 is very spacious (960 sq. ft.). It has a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining room will seat six comfortably. The family room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace with HD TV above it. The bedroom has a king bed and a large HD TV. The bathroom has granite double sinks, a large shower and a whirlpool tub. This suite also has a porch/balcony with tremendous views. Suite #2 is 462 sq. ft. and is a beautiful one bedroom unit with king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances but it is smaller. It has a nice bathroom with granite countertop and an extra large shower. The living room has a gas fireplace with a large HD television above it. The bedroom also has a large HD television. This unit is also equipped with its own washer/dryer. These units are both nearly new, just recently completed and are fully equipped with an elevator. This Resort is Gated and has 24 hour security throughout. This Resort has shuttle service throughout the entire property. City trolley service is also available to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. As my guest, you can the enjoy the Wild Bear Falls heated indoor water park with lazy river, water slides and hot tubs. All of this is included, ($200 value per day), in the rental for all 7 days. The Resort has 3 outdoor pools, a minature golf course, a mini market, a restaurant and snack bar, children's playground, ice cream shop, Serenity Day Spa, fitness center, Zip Line and all of this is just moments from all activities in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas, as well as the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Most local shows and attractions are available with discounted prices through the resort. A personal concierge will assist you with this and answer any other questions during your stay. Pets are permitted at this Resort. The limits are one per unit and pets must be less than 60 lbs. and a non vicious breed. There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee deposit that is held upon check-in for pets. This is paid directly to the Resort and not included in the rental price. If the pet is left inside the Unit unattended, it must be kept in a kennel. The rental price includes all the free waterpark passes for eight for the entire week.
