Luxury Vacation Custom Log Home, RESORT TYPE PROPERTY. “Remodeled Kitchen and dining room and added 4 new room this year 2025”. Cabin in its own mountains, almost 22 Acres of rolling hills and flat areas, FURNISHED, Fire place, AIRCONDITIONING and heating. Big private indoor Pool, (Pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $275 a day with min 2 days if you tell us a week in advance), 72 jet Jacuzzi to relax you. lots of ATV and Dirt Bike Trails, Great Hiking, Hundreds of fruit and shade trees and best scenery. Sleeps over 35 people, (extra guest charge after first 12 at $40 per person per night) Surrounded by mountains and Wild life. All seasons. Total Privacy. You'll love the stay in the snow and in the Summer. All Kitchen appliances. Extra refrigerator in garage. Big screen TV. WIFI. A 3 person SAUNA.
Pets are welcome and there is a huge fenced off area for dogs to roam and play.
We are less than a mile from I-5 Freeway loand about 2 miles from the center of Frazier Park, Close to El Tejon Outlet mall and Close to Pyramid Lake and to the Hungry Valley recreational Vehicle Park and Mtn Pinos.
Three Camp Sites for tents. RV Electric hookup.
For more fun and entertainment we have a Recreational Hall that has: Billiard Pool Table, Ping Pong, Basketball Court, Arcade basketball, Air Hockey, Foosball and Trampoline.
During the snow season chains may be required.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
100% refund if Cancelling more than 60 days before checking in. 50% if less than 60 days but more than 30 days. 0 refund if less than 30 days.
Do not move furniture. Specifically do not move the pool table otherwise it will cost you to have it balanced again by a certified professional.
Do not start fire near the grass area even if it’s for BBQ because it plastic. Keep the grill at least 15 ft from grass area.

Very large property that indeed has 10 separate bedrooms and can indeed accommodate many people. There are actually 3 separate buildings. The pool is large and game room is fun. We enjoyed it a lot. Note that pool heating is a separate charge. Kitchen is small but there's plenty of space in other areas of the house for gatherings. We also enjoyed extra furniture in the garage (like folding chairs and tables), used it to setup a formal dinner for all guests.

Khalil Ranch was an excellent setting for our extended family to spend a long Thanksgiving weekend. Bedrooms are clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. Living areas are large and comfortable. Pool, sauna, and hot tub are wonderful and got lots of use. Game room is a blast. Kitchen is on the small side but super well equipped. Location very close to several great mountain hikes. Highly recommended!

Overall this was an absolute perfect house for our family reunion. There was 35 people that stayed ant the house and we all slept comfortably. There was plenty of things to do around the property for the kids and beautiful sceneryall around us. Definitely coming back to the cabin!

This house was awesome!! We had a team retreat and it was perfect! The host, Sam, is super kind, flexible and easy-going. The pool and hot tub were functioning and clean. The games in the garage were all functioning. There were enough beds for everyone, and they were all so comfy. 10/10 stay.

Overall the entire experience was excellent.The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better.

Great Family Reunion

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house was just as described. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do next time is make sure the pool was heated. I thought that because it was summer time, there was no need for it, but I was wrong. The water was very cold. Other than that, everything was great.

Fantastic place for a large group

Stayed here a couple weeks ago, and it was a fantastic place to stay with such a large group! We had 14 people with plenty of beds leftover to accommodate even more if needed. Lots of space, and a great place to relax. Will definitely be staying here again!

Property was the PERFECT location for our 50th Year Family Reunion

Overall, this was a 5-star PERFECT experience for our 50th year family reunion, comprising of all 40 people across 3 generation of ages spanning from 4 years old to 85 years old. The property offered amenities and facilities for every age group. There were sufficient rooms and beds to accomodate all members, the meeting areas inside and outsid were very useable. Having the exclusive mountain behind property for hiking as amazing as well. Last but not least, Mr. Sam, the property owner/manager was incredibly supportive before the check-in date to answer questions, arrange for a site visit, and provided additional information. He even was kind enough to accept delivery packages for us before we arrived and had it sitting in the garage waiting for us when we arrived. He made the entire preparation process smooth and seamless. Overall, everyone LOVED the property and we would very much love to host another event there in the future!!!

Beautiful and large compound.

The area is so beautiful and felt like a real getaway for my family amd friends. Host was always so nice and quick to repond if we ever needed something. House honestly had just about everything we needed. If given the opportunity everyone that went would love to stay here again. They've already ask me for the booking link for future gatherings. Why they chose this property

I love Frazier Park and all the natural areas here and I chose this property to be my own vacation getaway because of the privacy as it's surrounded by mountains so you can blast your music or even target shoot without a neighbor complain. The lake is within 10 miles and so is the high mountains. the market is less than 3 miles, gas and the Freeway is less than 1 mile and the Outlet mall is about 18 min away. at the same time you are enjoying peace of mind and nature harmony.

What makes this property unique

Having your own private mountains and your own ATV trails along with a huge indoors pool and Jacuzzi and space to park over 30 cars and the room to sleep over 50 people, all that makes you feel like you have your own town add to it a fire pit and camping, outdoors grilling, Hiking the trails, sightseeing, all on your property.
