Beachside Resort Condo with Waterpark - Walk To The Beach - Sleeps 8 - 2BR

RESORT:
If you like the beach, water parks, and lot of onsite activities, then this is the perfect resort for you. The resort's water park features a lazy river, freeform pool, a water slide, kids splash pad, and a large jacuzzi. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more.

LOCATION:
The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away.

CONDO:
The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi.

Resort offers complimentary parking.

Starting in September 2026, the resort will begin room renovations in the Main Building before moving to Building 2 (Ocean View). Guest room updates will take place during daytime hours, and some noise may be experienced. A finalized completion timeline is currently unavailable.

NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park, views are not guaranteed. There's a golf cart shuttle provided, or you may walk to the beach/pool. It's only a few minutes if you walk.
