This house and property are awesome. Very comfortable inside, nice kitchen and bedrooms, awesome bathrooms, a screened in porch...not to mention the great pool and hot tub. This property is 5 stars all the way until we stripped the sheets off the beds at checkout as requested. The matress in the bunk room where my kids slept was super gross with LOTS of stains. Ick. Time to swap that out. That is the only thing I'd change. Close to everything too. Thanks for hosting us!

We loved our stay at this property. It was close to the grocery store, restaurants, the beach, and had so much to offer our family. We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard, the pool and hot tub, used the propane grill for one of our meals, ate outside, my kids loved the little house, billiards, air hockey, swings, basketball hoop, and all of the entertainment that the house had to offer.

Tomas was very responsive, the space had all the ammenties we needed to make our stay great. The location was excellent and while we did rent a vehicle for a few longer trips, everything we needed was in walking distance such as restaurants, groceries, and the beach

Wonderful home with fun amenities, beautiful location with short walk to beach, easy check-in. Host was very responsive. We stayed a couple nights pre-cruise, and we hope to come back when we have more time to enjoy the home and location.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family prior to boarding a cruise. It was very clean and had everything we needed to relax with family. The heated pool and hot tub were really nice. It was very centrally located but also in a quiet neighborhood. The host had wonderful communication. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend. This place was great. Perfect for a family with teenagers. The house was clean, the pool was clean and they even have beach equipment that we could use so we didn’t have to pack all of ours ( we’re from PA) Short drive to pretty much anywhere. I loved that the host had a little info book made up. It showed nearby restaurants they recommend, directions to a more private area of the beach since this house is located close to the pier, we thought it might be busier this weekend, we drove 10 minutes down the road and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were able to see a launch from the driveway, which was awesome for my kids and husband who never saw one before. I would definitely rent this house again or any of the other houses this host has in the future.

This was a lovely house for our vacation in Cocoa Beach. We came to see a rocket launch and that was fun. We went to Jetty park and you around 1.5 miles away. There are other places to see a launch. The house has very comfortable beds and my husband has compression fractures in his back and he had no break-thru back pain at all. Master bedroom is lovely, as was the master bathroom. The shower was great. The other 2 bedrooms had very comfy beds as well. The Livingroom is spacious and a huge sofa. I will say the sofa is too low for people who have a hard time standing up. even our daughter who is healthy said it's a deep squat getting up off that sofa and she was correct. The sofa is the only seating in the LivingroomThe kitchen is great, very open and airy. Window over the sink with a view of the pool. It needs a few things, but we let the owner know. While we brought our own ceramic pans, the kitchen does have those and stainless steel pots so that is nice to know for any future visits. Laundry room is fully stocked and washer and dryer work great plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The pool table and foose ball was fun. There is air hockey and ping pong in the garage area, but it was too warm for us as we arrived in Sept and it was still hot outside. We spent most of our time in the salt water pool. That was heaven for us. So many sitting areas near the pool. We used the grill and cleaned it before we left. Publix grocery store is super close to the house,

The pool was nice but the hot tub was not as advertised. Some things said it would get to 104 and some said 102 but according to the thermometer floating in the hot tub it only read 94 at it's hottest. And not very long at that. Other than that it was a very nice place. And well stocked.

Pool was great with tiki shades. Loved the screened in porch. Bench needs another leg or two. The pool table and foose ball wonderful for grandkids. Swings and soccer net great also. Labeling light switches might be helpful. Loved the master bath. Location ideal!
