Beachfront Condo

Second floor walk-up unit with kitchenette & one full bath in Carriage Stop; located steps from the beach (Please note stairs are required to access the unit.)
IMPORTANT: tenants must bring their own sheets and towels
Sleeps 4-6 - Bedroom has one full bed, one twin bunk bed with a hidden trundle bed; Living room has a futon bed, 50-inch smart TV; WiFi included; Ocean view from the balcony/common area; One-car parking; Wildwoods/Cape May area attractions minutes away; Public transportation available to the Wildwoods boardwalk and other attractions. Please note the following check-in details:
The condo is at Carriage Stops Condos, Wildwood Crest, NJ. It is on the second floor of the three-floor section of the building. The parking slot is right below the condo. Please back up your car nd put it into the slot.

Per the HOA, no pets are allowed.
The lockbox code will be provided a day or two before your check-in. The unit key is in the lockbox.

IMPORTANT: Please bring your bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. There are two full beds and three twin beds.
The shower knob/handle is a little stiff. Pull this out and then turn on hot or cold water.
The trash dump is on the side of the property on Atlantic Avenue.
The outdoor shower is on the side of the property. Please don’t bring sand into the apartment, as it can cause plumbing issues in the shower drain.
Please bring toilet paper and paper towels.
Please clean the kitchen, including pots and pans and the refrigerator, at your check-out.
At your check-out, please place the key back in the lockbox.

Honestly better than I anticipated. It is a lot bigger than the pictures lead on. Great location and overall pretty quiet. Plenty of space for all of us. One bathroom is tough but it’s vacation and you just make it work. Pool is very well kept. Nice having a hose to spray off at location rather than waiting for the communal one at end of beach. The grilling area is great too. Most of the time these are old grills that aren’t clean or don’t work. But these are all really nice and well kept char broils. Used it more than I thought I would. I would stay here again. My only minor complaint is I think the AC in the bedroom could use an upgrade. I understand it was 80 degrees the whole time outside but it wasn’t doing much.

My family had a wonderful time at this beach condo! The location was just a short walk to the beach, parking was close and convenient, the pool was very nice and the owner, Sanjay, was very responsive. We had an issue with our air conditioner the first night we were there and Sanjay replied immediately to my message. He quickly had not only one unit, but both units replaced within just a few hours of my initial message. I would just recommend that the mattresses be replaced with something a little more comfortable. They were pretty hard. A few things in the room could use some updating and minor repairs. And if you need to use the tub for a bath, you will have to bring a plug for the drain. We had to get creative in order to give my girls a bath. Overall though, we loved it and would certainly stay here again!

Condo was cute and clean. It could use some updating but it served its purpose for my family of 3. Owner was helpful & super fast replying to any questions I had. Grounds were clean, pool looked beautiful and well kept even though we didn't get to use it and the location really is just steps to the beach. And all the residents are so friendly! Sure, there are nicer condos out there but for a beachy/vacay feel at an AFFORDABLE price, this place was perfect

The location of this place is amazing, with it being just a short walk to the beach! It was also very clean. It was nice that utensils and dishes were provided, as well as a coffee maker.
