10MM Lake Getaway - 3 Br, 2 Bath - Franky & Louie's Cove!

Conveniently located in Sunrise Beach off Lake Road 5-41 (less than .5 miles from the intersection of Hwy 5 & F) at the 10MM. On same lake road and in same cove as Franky & Louie's Beachfront Bar & Grill, which is a fun place to hang out with or without the family. Franky & Louie's has a sand beach, live music, volleyball, arcade and good food. Boat, wave runner and paddle board rental available here too.

This house has 2 levels. The upstairs has 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 with sliding glass doors opening to the lakefront deck, and a full bath. Downstairs is the living area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, laundry room, and sliding doors to the patio. On the patio there is a gas grill, patio furniture, and a glider.

There is a boat ramp on same lake road and the dock has two slips. The dock also has swim platform and storage closet. BIG NO WAKE COVE with deep water.

Before checkout take trash to roadside dumpster. Also, if stay overlaps a Tuesday please take trash to dumpster on Tuesday for pickup Wednesday.
Please keep dock ladder up when not in use, particularly at night and when you check out.

This is our lake getaway that we share with others. We love the water and I grew up in this cove of the Lake of the Ozarks Literally just being near the water can make me smile and I believe a rainy day at the lake is better than a sunny day at home.

Location! Close to so many of the lake attractions with one of the most popular restaurants, Franky & Louie's, in this cove! Pontoon, wave runner and paddle board rental all available there too.

Your kids will love their beach and sand volleyball.
