This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the tenth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1004 have a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and has plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedrooms and the living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We have rented several similar size and priced units in Silver Shells; this condo delivers--this was our second stay here. Fantastic view and balcony, super clean and comfortable beds and living space. We love having both the large pool and ocean access and on most day spend time in both areas.

I love this property so much. The reason we stay here as opposed to other places is because of the large pool, close proximity to the beach, chair rentals, and the sand bar! My only complaint from this stay was the dryer in the room we were staying in would not dry clothes in one cycle. I had to run it 2-3 times to dry our clothes.

She said it was the best birthday ever. It was my daughter’s 30th bday and we surprised her with a trip to Destin. The biggest surprise for us all was how awesome the condo was. The pool and pool side waitress was awesome. We spent time at the tiki bar and it was definitely a vibe. The music was right and the drinks were cold. We will definitely book here again.
