It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.

This property is located in a clean, modern, well-kept building in the heart of Seattle, close to all the Seattle attractions, the Pike's Place Market, the Space Needle, waterfront, stadiums, museums and shopping.

A grocery store, plenty of restaurants and bars located in and on the same street as the building. Many more amenities (dining, shopping, Target, salon, dry cleaning, medical clinic), all within a city block.
