Absolutely the best rental that you can get for two people as close to the speedway! Nice and easy access to both the beach and the speedway. Right size for a 2/1 and would love to rent it again and recommend it to others!

Wonderful Vacation

Awesome centrally located condo

Ken's condo was awesome. The couch and bed were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for my boyfriend and I to spread out. The location is also great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

Condo was perfect for our long weekend. Building is older but seemed decently maintained. Property has 2 beachfront pools, one of which is being completely replaced currently. Construction in the pool and beach front patio was not overly noisy. Barely even noticed it even when sitting on balcony. Condo had all the basic needs and linens. Owner was responsive. I would rent there again.

Very Pleasant

This was a last minute weekend getaway for me & my husband. Communication was a Breeze. If I had any questions or concerns they were answered & addressed promptly. Unit is clean, bed is comfy, & there is a Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.It was the 4th of July & fireworks were all around us.( BEAUTIFUL). The pool is a plus as well. They are in the process of rebuilding one of the 2 pools.Thank You ken for a wonderful place to stay.

Never informed about the toilet or the recliner. The sofa is new so I hope it is still working . Had to pay cleaning lady extra to clean unit she said it look like kids were there. There only suppose to be 2 people in unit.

Was a great location and just what we needed

We had a great stay. If there was anything for improvement would be blackout curtain in the bedroom and hand towels. We put a sheet up over the bedroom window. Loved the location and the property was quite comfortable.

This property was amazing! My husband and I felt at home! The condo was cozy & clean! The property manager was there if anything was needed! Will definitely be booking again in the future! Thank you for letting us enjoy you’re condo!
