House on the 16th Tee!

Great location on the 16th tee of Apple Valley Golf Course (golfadvisor.com 4th best public course in Ohio 2014).

Just miles from Kenyon College and perfect for a weekend adventure to Amish country. If you're looking for an outdoor canoe adventure, visit the Kokosing River, one of Ohio's natural treasures.

Great location for a family gathering, holiday/work outings, and bridal/baby showers.

We have a Pool Table and Poker Table. A beautiful deck overlooking the 16th hole of the Apple Valley Golf Course and the pond.

-Guest access-

The entire house is available for use. Except for part of the basement which is used for storage and the single garage door. (The Two car garage is available).

I live in Columbus and visit Apple Valley often. I usually interact more over the phone/text.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash and Dry 1 load of towels.
Make sure grill is covered and grilling utensils are clean.
Please roll the trash can to the curb if checking out on Sunday or Monday. Trash pickup day is Tuesday at 6am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are both entrepreneur's of our own businesses. Katherine focusing her pations more directley in the restaurant industry and mine being more in the management side of restaurants as well as running my own real estate business. We are major foodies and love spending time with our families, 3 kitties and our 40 chickens.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Apple Valley since we were children and have so many amazing memories that we made with our siblings, parents, and grandparents. It's our second home away from home. When we came across this property, we knew that this would be the next greatest thing for our family. We hope that you and your family or friends will make and share as many memories and moments together as we have with ours.

What makes this property unique

Sitting on the deck early in the morning watching the sun rise above the fog and dew covered golf course is by far one of the best scenic views about this property. In addition, taking a walk to the club house to enjoy some great breakfast is very enjoyable as well.
