4 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths, recently remodeled-new granite and stainless kitchen and baths with a full line of Cuisinart appliances. King master, king second bedroom, twins in third bedroom and queen sleeper in office/fourth bedroom. Air conditioned, wifi, large heated pool and spa in sunny afternoon yard. Large garden yard with 4/4 seat tables and lots of chaises and chairs. Close to La Jolla and Pacific Beach beaches. This house is not real big - 2000 feet...bedroom size are average.....and very quiet. It has a nice living room with Kreiss Collection furnishings and the Master is all Stickley. The attraction in the home is the family and entertaining areas. Large down stairs family room and home theater with NETFLIX and DVR . Beautiful large heated pool is very functional with long lap length and a large spa Jacuzzi that seats 8 to 10....recent upgrade to several smart tvs with Netflix. City STRO License approved.
Strict noise controls. Guest house Casita is on far west side of lot...mostly not visible and in no way effects privacy of main estate.

Host is very conscientious about his rental. Puts a lot of thought into making sure everything is set up correctly for his guests. Lots of room and very comfortable.
Wonderful home and a very welcoming, thoughtful and considerate host. The house is in a scenic and quiet part of Pacific Beach with lots nearby (groceries, restaurants, beach, ...) - very spacious and well-kept, with the highlight being the walled patio and pool area at the back. Joe is a fantastic host, providing everything needed for a fantastic stay and always checking in to make sure everything is going well. Definitely hope to return!
We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is a couple of blocks from a nice park (and a great spot for watching 4th of July fireworks, I might add).
I have mixed feelings about this place. The host was communicative and accommodating, allowing flexibility with check in time which we greatly appreciated. The house is in a great location, just a short drive from most things you want to do in San Diego. The house is well stocked and comfortable. The beautiful backyard, pool/hot tub is what sells the place. However, the pool was unusable our first 3 days which was a waste. The pool was 103 degrees! Our kids ages 6-10 couldn’t go in for safety reasons but even the adults didn’t want to use it (not a refreshing or cooling pool experience). The pool heat switch was off. But the owner assumed it was “just the sun” causing the overheat, and delayed calling a technician. When the tech finally came out he DID find an issue, the pool immediately cooled down, and we got only 2 of 5 days use out of it. The surface areas of the house were mostly clean but we had to vacuum dog hair off furniture. And the house needs deep cleaning — in the twin room where I stayed with my child, I went to find a plug and found layers of dust, spider webs, and 4 living spiders behind our beds!! I had to clean and bug treat before I could fathom laying my head there. The owner should disclose in the listing this is his residence; it feels very lived in and some rooms you cannot use storage because they’re filled with personal items. Dishwasher rack was broken and difficult to use. Washing machine has issues and stops mid cycle.

we did all we could to accommodate this family.
The pool heater was repaired just prior to his arrival. The tech left it in full hot. I got a the Tech over to fix ASAP.
to fix. The dishwasher was awaiting repair for one broken rack and it was still usable..
He broke the washing machine by slamming lid and over filling, It was fixed immediately.
Yes it is my personal home and I rent occasionally. My emptied half closets and moved and drawers emptied and nobody has ever complained about storage,
It has been rented all summer...evidently a good bargain. It is very clean...evidently he went digging behind a bed and found some dust. Sorry.
About his family: The had more people than disclosed ed....my ring camera showed people coming and going all times. The had a dog, the people before had a dog, I rent to dogs. If there was minor dog hair on couch I will address.
More: He family broke the door handle... to the patio twisting it off and breaking it, His family took all the cleaning supplies I just had to restock completely.
I accommodated his check in times.
The good part is it is furnished with ever appliances, Stickley wood furniture, Kreiss collection couches and SatVa

We had excellent few days in Joe’s houseThe place exceeded our expectations both with fully equipped short time rental spaces, personal charm and privacy that it offered. Easy commute and close to everything we needed - shops, parks, beaches. Joe offered his expert opinion of best places around. Thank You for making our vacation a gem!
We had a great time staying here with 4 adults and 2 kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing, both heated and warmed up very quickly! Location is 15-20 min driving from almost everything you want to visit in San Diego (zoo, beaches, downtown, etc) so very central. Owner was super friendly and responsive. We would love to stay here again!
the house is set up perfectly for a family group. The back yard is gorgeous, we spent a lot of time hanging out in the pool playing cards and relaxing. The location was perfect for going down to the beach and close to all the fun San Diego spots.
Joes house was perfect for our family getting together. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. Walked to Kate sessions park was so pretty.
Good location to downtown and beaches. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry all well-stocked. Heated pool and hot tub were lovely! Easy communication with owner. Good sized home for family needing 4 bedrooms.
This home was big enough had everything we needed. Pool and spa was fabulous. Location was awesome and close to everything we wanted to do. Owner had excellent communication with us the entire time

Excellent property, great location near the center of it all. Many compliments on the decor and amenities. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the spa! Communication with host was easy and appreciated.
Beautiful backyard w/ pool & spa and secure for our 2 dogs
Also, located close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurant options!

Perfect family vacation spot
House couldn't have been more perfect for our two families visiting San Diego. Location is convenient, house is stocked with all the essentials, the pool and hot tub are awesome...couldn't have been any better.

I am Joe Graham...a retired real estate broker and apartment developer. This one of my homes. It has family pictures, expensive furnishings, lots of neat appliances and lots of love in it care. I live here part of the time. Some of my clothes may be pushed back in the closet. I prefer a weekly rental, but would do long weekends and maybe a month. I use a real estate office (mine) to process the funds and am a past President of the La Jolla Realtors Assn (4 times in 38 years) and of the county San Diego Association of Realtors (12,000 members). There are scam rentals around...this is rock solid...it is as advertised...I get great reviews......look at the visual tour. This is a no noise property> The neighbors will call the police on noise after 10 pm. No late parties.
Why they chose this property
Affordable, close to the beaches...and if the size fits...a real good buy. Nice Beach hotels get minimum 300$ a night...you can get a whole furnished home...pool spa air conditioning, barbecue out side entertaining area for about the same. Just no fraternity/sorority groups...this is not Animal House...it is a deluxe family home....I rent to family groups. NOTE:WE HAVE THE HOME CLEANED....MINIMUM CLEANING FEE IS $198 ACTUAL COST. . NO NOISE NO PARTY RENTAL - PLEASE CHECK BEDROOM COUNT. private fenced from Main house. ADU REMOVED
