These dining areas are perfect to bring everyone together to tell the tall tales of the fish that got away, or the swell too big to ride in the surf. Finally, when the sun has set, and it is time to dream about the adventures of the day, your family will all be comfortable in one of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed. One guest bedroom also features a king bed with the final guest bedroom boasting a queen bed.

All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - This property does not have access to a pool. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

Wonderful, relaxing week in beautiful home a short walk from the beach. Check in and out we’re a breeze! House was well appointed and very comfortable. One of the best rentals we’ve experienced and we will definitely come back!
The house is very clean, updated, and family friendly, and especially nice that everything is on one level! The weather was fantastic and early January is a perfect time to come to IOP. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Went as a group of 3 couples, and the size of the house was perfect. The house felt private, and the street was quiet and respectful. Location couldn’t be much better, with the beach only a block away. The beach supply rental companies we used (VayK Gear, where you may get a credit towards depending on your length of stay, and Beach Games to Go both made renting beach gear and games a breeze - Just make sure to book before your trip!) Wild Dunes itself was a very enjoyable community. It didn’t feel “touristy,” and yet held all of the amenities of a resort. The private beach very relaxing, and never crowded. We got a lot of use out of the pickle ball courts, tennis courts, pools, and golf course. There are many great restaurants only 15 minutes away, and Charleston was a 45 minute drive, which was an easy day trip. The house was a relaxing place to return to after our daily activities. We cooked and grilled multiple meals in the house, which is well stocked with all the tools you need. Our only complaint during our whole week here was the master bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable and either needs a mattress topper or to be replaced. The other two bedrooms had very comfy beds. One pretty small complaint for an overall amazing stay. Everyone in our group heartily agreed we would LOVE to come back and stay in this very place. Would not hesitate to book again.
This house exceeded expectations, was immaculately clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool which was so convenient when you’re traveling with a 4 month old. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the sunroom and the outdoor patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We found the property to be even more beautiful than the photos! The week was restful and fun, with access to the beach and a short drive to Charleston. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The accommodations were clean, and well-stocked with every utensil and pot we needed to cook our meals. Loved it! Will return!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family. The location was quiet and private yet very close to the Resort amenities and the beach. We could easily walk to the water or to a nearby coffee shop or playground within a few short minutes. The home was spacious, clean and had everything you could need or want including pots, pans, dishes, washer/dryer, etc. Check-in was also very easy and stress-free. I have nothing negative to say and can't wait to rebook for a future visit!

The property was awesome- clean, modern, and the perfect size for or family of 5. We didn’t want to leave. The one thing I wish I had understood more clearly was that the beach gear credit expires the day after you check in, so we weren’t able to use it.
We had five adult family members meet up here for the Holidays. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate home cooking. The cottage had places for us all to congregate and places to spread out. The beach, lap pool and fitness center were all within easy, pleasant walking distances.
We started an annual friends vacation a couple of years ago and this is our second time in the Charleston area! The house was absolutely beautiful and made you feel welcome right when you came in the door. It was nice to feel at home and be able to decompress on the patio and walk to the amazing beaches on Isle of Palms. For me personally this is my 4th trip in the last 6 years and with all the beauty, kindness , and history it will not be our last trip here!

Perfect vacation house. Everything is newly updated with nice finishes. Plenty of room for a family and a short walk to the beach. We will be returning!
Cute, well decorated property close to everything, especially the beach and pools/pavilion. The property was clean when we arrived. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, but Beachside Vacations was responsive in fixing them. My only substantive recommendation is to replace the couch in the sitting area right off the kitchen. It is easy to get into but very hard to get out of!
