When you stay in this spacious home in the heart of Deer Valley, you'll be situated just two miles from the slopes at Mount Snow. Mount Snow Golf Course is also close by and, if you want more dining and shopping options, you'll be just under five miles from the town of Dover.

This spacious townhome has three levels and features recent updates and a comfortable atmosphere. The living room has a large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player. WiFi is also available in this home.

The dining area comfortably seats six and has a sliding glass door, giving you access to the deck and a gas grill. There's a breakfast bar that seats two and leads to the kitchen. The kitchen was recently updated and features new cabinets, updated appliances, including a dishwasher, and granite countertops.

There is also a finished basement living area with a flatscreen, cable TV and leather sectional sofa. This room also features a game room with a foosball table and an air hockey table. For your added convenience, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer available for your use.

This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with an attached full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two full beds and the third bedroom has two full beds.

While the area offers access to a variety of ski resorts to satisfy every level of skier or snowboarder in the winter, the summer offers plenty of hiking, horse back riding, golf at the Mount Snow Golf Course and mountain biking trails.

Perfect ski place for families

Excellent place! Slept 3 families comfortably, very close distance to Mount snow. Nice to o have a little back yard to yourself. Bonus room downstairs was perfect for the kids. Thanks for having us Frank!

Great little getaway

Very clean and cozy house that easily accommodated 3 small families. The layout of the house was perfect. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, living/dining/kitchen area is downstairs. Our kids utilized the basement which provided additional tv and games. Overall a great house and memorable trip. Thank you Frank!

Perfect condo for 3-family ski vacay

Frank was absolutely incredible to deal with. The living room and dining area are larger than they appear in photos - we fit 12 people hanging out and playing games / eating just fine. And it was perfect space for good bonding while some of us cooked and some chilled. Basement game room needs some supplies but Frank is working on it, and the room was fabulous - a bunch of our kids actually slept down there to have their own space.

Spacious accommodations for 3 couples

Check in was very easy, all info needed was provided well ahead of time. With 3.5 baths, each couple was able to have their own full bathroom, without having to move their toiletries in and out...the half bath in the living quarters was very convenient. The unit was well stocked with cooking and eating supplies. The living room and dining area were very roomy. It was also located in close proximity to everything in the Mt. Snow area.

The house indeed could hold 12 people, but was dirty and neglected

The house was really nice, each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is great. Kitchen has enough of everything you need for basic cooking and feeding everyone (though only 6 dining chairs?). Location for summer was nice too - 15 minutes from two lakes for swimming/kayaking, lots of streams and trails near by. But when you look at the details in the house: windows so old they wouldn't open, which is necessary in summer with no A/C, basement so humid that it's moldy, the dehumidifier fills with a gallon of water more than once a day. One of our dogs simply refused to go in there because of the moldy smell. One of the shower curtains had black smelly mold stains (we washed and aired it ourselves), there was a used diaper in one of the bathroom bins, there were old water bottles, shoes and socks under two of the beds. The carpets have obviously not been cleaned for a very long time and one of the rugs sat on the same spot for so long that when we picked it up - it disintegrated and left marks on the floor. Luckily we brought our Roomba with us and it worked over time. One of the ceiling fans was faulty, crackling sounds from the light and not properly connected to ceiling (one of us is a home inspector and took a close look) and after contacting the owner it took over a week for someone to come in, take a look and tell me "oh, we definitely need an electrician for that, I'll let them know". A week and a half later still no electrician has come.

Thank you for the feedback Shir. Since this reservation all items have been addressed. The house is always professionally cleaned by a company that is very reputable in the area. I have shared this feedback with the cleaning company. We have made improvements to the home since this review. We have added 2 additional kitchen chairs, replaced the shower curtains, the ceiling fan has been fixed, and bathroom mats have been replaced. Feedback is always appreciated but I wanted to give a clear picture of the current situation of the home for other potential guests. Thanks, Frank

Beautiful, clean , close to mountain

Stayed here for a Thanksgiving weekend. The house was less than 5 minutes away from the Mount Snow. 5 adults and 4 children stayed here very comfortably. Each room has it's own bathroom is a plus. The house was clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!
