On the second level there a primary bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. The lower level boasts a family room, bedroom, utility room with washer & dryer. Get away from it all in the she-shed complete with electricity - Great place for a little quiet/adult time away from the kids or morning coffee!! There is a front 3 season covered porch, Telsa power wall and EV charger. The clubhouse just up the street offers many great amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, full fitness room, game room, movie room, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, ice skating pond, hiking trails and snowmobiling plus boat and snowmobile trailer parking areas. Just a short drive to the lakes, golf courses, downtown Wilmington shops & restaurants, Mount Snow ski resort and Hermitage Club.
