About this property

4-Bedroom Beach House


Well-kept 4-bdrm house on quarter-acre lot with hardwood floors throughout. 5 minute walk to the OOB shops and restaurants--then straight down the hill to pier and beach.
Quiet street, double sized lot with plenty of room for kids to play and two high bush blueberry shubs which produce abundant fruit throughout July and August.
Plenty of parking--including hook up for RV!
Fully furnished kitchen allows for as much home cooking as you'd like--dining room seating for 8+ or better yet, dine al fresco on our large deck. Gas grill provided.
Four bedrooms are located on the second floor:
Bedroom1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: two twin beds
Bedroom 4: 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Full bath on the second floor, 3/4 bath on the first floor
