H-207 is the largest floor plan at Maui Kamaole, providing two large king bedded suites, ideal for two couples or families up to 6 persons. The floor plan is also the widest, enhancing it's already unmatched view. Located up the grass hill, on the front row of the resort, you can see, unobstructed the West Maui mountains to the north, the island of Lanai to the west,and watch snorkel boats leave Maalaea harbor and Kihei boat landing and arrive at Molokini, in front of Kahoolawe island to the south. In winter, the whales are playing right in front of you. And the famous Maui sunsets are fabulous from your dining room or lanai table, watching the sun settle into the ocean, every season of the year. The main lanai has a full width power retractable awning, providing you the option to enjoy the Maui outdoors, right from your unit, protected from the sun.
Each large bedroom has its own full bath, sitting area, and private lanai or atrium, and seperate air conditioning control. The lower bedroom lanai has a great ocean view of its own, while the upper bedroom, more private atrium, views toward the up-country mountains below Haleakala. Your private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.The large kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays and entertaining your friends. The property was a great place to stay and enjoy the island of Maui. We loved the set up of the condo, as well as the amenities of the property. The location in Kihei was perfect. We could walk to the beach and some of the restaurants, and the view of the ocean from the lanai was amazing.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. The location is perfect, great view, great access to the beach, and great layout of the condo. Add in the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. and you can’t help but have a great time. Would definitely recommend!

Kihei stay

My family of 4 had a great vacation here at Debra’s place. Superb location across the street from a great snorkeling beach. We spotted whales breaching out in front from the main deck just as the sun was setting and it was laughably surreal. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and we appreciated having beach chairs in the deck closet. Definitely would come stay here again.

Great location on the south end of Kihei. The condo is very livable. Adequate supply of four beach chairs, two umbrellas. We bought two additional noodles to add to the two there, so now there are four. Very enjoyable place to stay.

A wonderful location with gorgeous sunset views. Walk right across the street to the beach. The outdoor closet has a few boogie boards, several beach chairs, pool noodles and floaties. Even a cooler! King size beds were very comfy and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! The check-in process was easy, though be sure to know that the office says that it is open until 5pm but they are on Hawaii time and do leave early. The condo was very clean and had everything in place when we arrived. It was very quiet and peaceful so we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Being that we were across the street from the beach, it took no time at all for us to walk there. We definitely would love to return in the future!

Great place

We have now stayed at three different units in this complex - we love it. Kihei can seem busy so it is great to have a complex like this where it is pretty quiet and relaxed. It is at the south end of kihei so very close to areas south as well as quick to anything in kihei, and your choice of beaches within 5 minutes. The unit is great - the view is awesome. Unit is updated with good A/C, comfy beds, good kitchen, and lots of water toys to bring to the beach. The unit is a bit tucked from the parking lot which is a bonus - an easy couple minute walk to watch the sunset every night.

The picture you see is incorrect. Directly outside the bedroom window is a construction crane. Daytime hours were clanging steel, rebar saws and impeded view. First trip for a member of the family. How disappointing. Glad we moved to another venue for the next two weeks.

Great place and location

Stayed at Debi's condo for six nights with my husband, our one year old and two teenage daughters. We arrived to Kihei an hour before check in and Debi let us check in early. Loved the keyless entry- one less thing to carry/remember when heading out for the day! The condo is very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need from pans, utensils, seasonings, dish soap/sponge. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, shampoo, conditioner, towels hairdryer/curling iron even some sunblock. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the two king beds are so comfortable! The lanai and two pools are what stood out to me when booking. There is a table and two lounge chairs on the lanai, so we enjoyed breakfast and sunsets there everyday. The view is incredible 😍 🙌 . There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, some snorkeling gear and towels available for use! The condo is a short driving distance to where ever you want to go in Kihei/Maui. We would definitely want to stay at this lovely place again!

Peace on Earth and a Breathtaking View!

My husband and I stayed at this condo with family. We took the loft which was huge and had its own lanai as well as a full bath and hide a bed if needed. The loft had shutters so you could open and close as needed. The king bed was very comfortable with soft cool sheets. The master bedroom is huge with its own lanai as well as a very large double sink bathroom! The condo overall was very clean and up to date with beautiful art placed throughout. BUT most of all the view was breathtaking! We enjoyed breakfasts on the lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset dinners that were stunning! The open floor allowed us all to share common space all of which is visible to the ocean through a wall of sliding glass doors that let in amazing fresh ocean air in! We enjoyed preparing meals in the full well stocked kitchen. The condo provided backpack chairs to take to the beach as well as beach towels. They were perfect beach chairs! The condo was close to shopping, walking distance to the beach where we snorkeled and swam with turtles. Our favorite restaurant McGillicuddys is just a short jaunt down the road where we enjoyed fish tacos, fish and chips, poke, and yummy cocktails with a stunning view of the ocean and where we shared some amazing sunsets as well! We cant wait for another memorable comfortable visit. You cant go wrong with this condo, location, clean, comfortable! We stayed 8 nights and it was not near enough!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Debi's condo. The grounds were beautiful as were the sunsets and ocean views. We especially liked staying in a smaller two story unit rather than a high-rise facility. Everything was conveniently located including the BBQ's and parking. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed including beach accessories, and the beds were very comfortable. Also, shopping and good restaurants (including food trucks) were close by. We would highly recommend Debi's condo to anyone staying in the Kihei area.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was perfect for us because we come to South Maui for snorkeling and beaches. The condo was great and we appreciated the beach "stuff", i.e. folding chairs, umbrellas, towels. Had an issue with the dishwasher and had to do dishes by hand for most of our 10 day stay, but it was checked out repaired when the part came in. Owner Debi was very helpful and answered our many questions promptly and kindly.

We were looking for an Ocean view property on one of our stays in Maui. We went to the open house of this property and were in awe of the spectacular ocean view and all the activity on the ocean that you can just sit on the lania and watch.

What makes this property unique

The benefits of staying at H-207 is the awesome views you have from the lanai and even from inside the unit you can be cooking in the kitchen and still see activity on the ocean. or sit out on the lanai in the evening and enjoy the breezes with a tropical beverage. H-207 is across the street from Kamaole beach III for great snorkling, swimming, boogie boarding or just laying in the sun. Shopping and dining are just a short walk up the sidewalk.
