About this property

Cozy cabin with 200’ of waterfront on Whites Pond

This cozy camp is a great getaway spot. It has the country feel on a small pond with good fishing, yet it is only 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping. ITS trails only 10 minutes from camp.

There are 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has 2 queen beds. Beautiful waterfront views from primary bedroom, and screened in porch. Both bedrooms have dressers and closets.

The kitchen has all the amenities you need while on vacation, even a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with shower head, toilet, sink and washer/dryer unit.

The house has 2 minisplits to supply cooling on hot days or heat in the evening. There is also a working woodstove in the kitchen.

Outside enjoy sunsets from the screened in porch, fishing from private dock (depending on season), or cooking marshmallows outside at the firepit. We also have kayaks and a canoe to enjoy.

There is room for 4-6 vehicles in the driveway so plenty of room for your vehicle and any tow behinds you may have.

Everything we needed was here!! WE loved all of it, the location was perfect, the space was great for our Thanksgiving with family and we loved being able to walk out the back door to the pond. If it had been warm we would have been out in the water.

Awesome Cabin

Cabin was super clean and plenty of room. It was a great cabin and had all the supplies needed whether cooking, sleeping or bathing. Caught some fish while ice fishing in February and near town if you need supplies. Can't wait to stay again.

The location is amazing. The cottage had everything I needed. The heat was set warmer than my own house so that was a win. Big kitchen and table for all your meals and nice living room for hanging out. I was in the king size bed which was a dream. Super clean and over all a very cozy stay. Especially with the fresh snow outside. It must be a great place because I'm coming up on my third stay. I have a dog as well and that was no issue at all.

Close neighbors

Had a very pleasant stay. Great fishing and pond is very quiet only saw a couple other canoes had 2 labs with us and they enjoyed the pond too, just be aware that the neighbors are very close, wasn’t an issue for us but if you have dogs that are bothered by strangers it might be

Cabin on Whites Pond

The cabin on Whites pond is a very nice cozy cabin on a beautiful pond. It was clean and very comfortable. You can tell it is a cabin that family enjoys. Loved the Indian looking out over the water. Truly a lovely cabin. So sorry about the floor. I am glad that the charge was applied for the repair.

Peaceful weekend!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband, our puppy and I. Such a quiet area and despite close neighbors, we felt nice and secluded. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and more. The pond was super fun to take the canoe and kayaks out on and our dog enjoyed jumping off the dock into the water. There’s not too much to do in the surrounding area, so I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to mostly stay put and enjoy the peace. We’d come back again!

Cozy and private

We had a great stay at this cabin. It is quiet and plenty of privacy for our dogs. Not much going on in the area but like the homey cabin time. Need to clear up grilling options so people know to have charcoal and the water was pungent to the point we bathed in pond and used bottled for everything. Swimming was a bit of challenge , bring water shoes not a sandy beach! Thank you Jeremy and family!

We are sorry your stay was not as enjoyable as we would have liked. We try to keep a full assortment of water shoe sizes on the back porch so everyone can have some because we know the water is rocky. We also keep several bags of charcoal in the shed at all times. Thank you for letting us know about the well water, its the first we had heard of any issues and will have someone take a look at it. Hopefully we can have a second chance to make your next trip better.

We are a family of 4 from Bangor, ME. Both my wife and I grew up in Maine, moved away to Florida and decided we needed to get back to Maine to raise a family. We are both graduates of the University of Maine in 2006.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a beautiful waterfront cabin that was close enough to home to commute to work. We found exactly what we were looking for and snatched it up.

What makes this property unique

We love listening to the loons on the water and the convenience of having shopping only 5 minutes away.
