This is a cozy and quiet studio, just steps from Long Sands Beach in beautiful York, ME. Our studio is located at the end of a 5 unit condo- part of the Courtesy Condominium Association.

You can sit right outside the unit and enjoy sun or shade and ocean views.

Our clean and cozy condo is perfectly located with everything you need. There's a 3 piece bathroom and a full kitchen.

There is parking for 2 cars-one in front of the unit and the other in the back.
No smoking, vamping or marijuana storage in the unit or on the property
No pets (family member has severe allergies)
No parties
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
See check out /cleaning directions in the binder. Basically, leave it neat and clean like you found it!
Hang the parking tags back on the hook. Leave the key on the storm door hook where it was when you arrived .

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
RENTERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS AND SELF CLEAN THEIR WAY OUT AT CHECK OUT!
Early check in/late check out may be possible if arranged with the owner ahead of time. Pictures of the cleaned unit must be sent to owner at checkout
Otherwise, failing to vacate the cleaned property by noon on your last day may result in forfeit of your security/cleaning deposit.
