This is the Place! 1 Block to Medano Beach 10 Min Walk to Downtown Cabo / Marina

Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located just 1 block from Medano beach, one of the few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos, a 10 minute walk to the marina and 15 minute walk to downtown. Unit has everything you could ask for including a kitchen with all the gadgets you could need, a BBQ grill, washer and dryer, even a beach umbrella, beach chairs and cooler. Unit has a large master suite that includes a jacuzzi tub and plenty of closet space. Second bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, right out its door is a large bright second bathroom. If you need extra sleeping space there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that converts to a queen bed, the unit can sleep up to 6. Each bedroom and living room is equipped with a smart TV, American Dish Network Satellite television with over 100 english speaking channels and a Blu-ray/DVD player. There is WIFI in the condo.

Complex is gated with 24 hour security, 2 heated swimming pools, elevators and 1 reserved underground parking spot plus plenty of open parking outside. No need for a car when staying here, plenty of shopping dinning and entertainment all within walking distance. 5 minute walk to Medano beach where you can enjoy water sports, seaside dinning or relax with a massage on the beach. Wal-mart is a 10 minute walk to stock up on groceries and drinks, there is also small local markets within a 5 minute walk.

First time in Cabo and couldn’t have picked a better introduction. Location is unbeatable. Spent most days alternating between the beach and the pool. Apartment is very well appointed, comfortable and super clean. Host is responsive and helpful with local knowledge. Highly recommend.

The location and amenities were perfect for a family of 5. We were 5-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute walk into town, and the marina. The accommodation was spacious and wonderful, clean and welcoming. Watch baseball and soccer games right from your deck on the field across for entertainment too. 10/10 recommend.

Great one month stay at this condo. It's in a great location. Walkable to beach, restaurants and grocery which was fantastic because we didn't rent a car. Nice quiet complex. Met some nice people on days we lounged around the pool. We made good use of the beach chairs abd umbrella aswell. Would easily stay here ag.

Exactly as advertised

The condo is fully secure and has been our vacation destination for the past 3 years. Owner Emily is a delight to work with as has been the property manager and on site security team. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with essential supplies. The pools are well maintained and heated. The beach and restaurants are under a 10 minute walk. We will be back for our 4th year in 2026.

Perfect condo, Perfect Location

The condo had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. its location to the beach and harbour (downtown) was great, we were able to walk everywhere. Close to groceries and to fantastic restaurants. Will definitely stay there again should we travel back to Cabo!

Perfect Home Base for Cabo

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the condo. Everything we needed was within short walking distance or a quick Uber away. Highly recommend taking the supplied boogie boards down to the beach in the morning and getting breakfast at Tabasco’s.

Our names are Will and Emily and we currently reside in Colorado. After visiting Los Cabos we fell in love with the area and decided to find a place of our own. We took a lot of time looking at properties and finally decided on Puerta Cabos Village. One day we have hopes of moving down here full time but for now we enjoy as much time as we can with family and friends in Los Cabos.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for so many reasons. We loved the modern style of the condo with tall ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance and a large open floor plan. The area is great too, you can see the beach from the balcony, then walk there in less then 5 minutes. The marina and downtown are also walkable, with tons of dining, shopping and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

We loved this condo because we felt you could stay here and enjoy Cabo San Lucas without ever needing a car. The complex has 2 beautiful swimming pools, elevators and 24 hour gated security.
