2BD/2BA at Marina Sol is a popular choice for travelers looking to be in the heart of Cabo but in a resort atmosphere a block off the beach. It is located within a 2 minute walk of Medano Beach (Cabo`s most popular and only year round swimmable beach). The resort boasts one of the areas largest heated swimming pools, multiple restaurants, swim-up bar, jacuzzi and proximity to the Marina and downtown Cabo`s vibrant nightlife and dining scene.

2 Bedroom condo. Main bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Guests share the 2nd bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Living room. Patio with bbq and seating for 4 people. TV in living room and 2nd bedroom. Dining area for 6 inside by kitchen bar.

Guests have full access to the entire resort.

One of our hosts will meet and greet you upon your arrival. They will go over any questions you may have about the area, restaurants, activities, etc.

Hosts and Jonathan were very welcoming and the property was very nice! We did plan to grill steaks one night while there but the grill was not hooked up to gas ready to use so we assumed it was not working. We chose not to contact anyone that night and just had another dinner option instead. The beds were comfortable, the space was very clean, and staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful!! A great stay in Cabo!!!

Nice clean condo

We overall had a great trip and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. We wish the walk to the beach was a little closer especially when trying to bring chairs, umbrella, etc. but it was ok. This unit did not have a nice view and there was some construction going on/noise but we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place! Cozy and very stocked with essentials. Pool and Oasis Grill with Berenice was icing on the cake. Prices and happy hour, unheard of. Beds were so comfortable. Close to beach, dining and Walmart next door that has underground parking! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit😎 Hosts were very helpful and arranged transportation to and from the airport!

Great location close to shopping and restaurants

Great location close to shopping and restaurants-but also close to bars that played loud music until 4:30/5am. Probably wouldn’t be a problem if the patio doors would seal properly. The condo itself is aged - could use an update. Be aware that the listing says laundry is available…that doesn’t mean it’s in the condo. It’s at the far end of the resort complex and there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for resort - washers and dryers are coin operated. Obviously not a big deal if you are only staying for one or two weeks, but we were there for the winter - an added cost for sure. The property manager Jonathon was very responsive to the minor issues that we had with the condo and spoke excellent English. There is 24/7 security there as well. The pool was heated and lots of chairs available for your use (except for high season).

Fun in cabo

We met our 23 yr old son in Cabo while he was in the area on a surfing trip. This place was so perfect for us. It started with free, no hassle parking the minute our son showed up. We arrived a few minutes later from the AP. Our driver was arranged by Laura (property mgr). Our room was spotless. Our check in was very welcoming. The appetizer & margaritas at the pool bar were great. Grocery stores were less than a 5 minute walk. The beach is truly just 2 minutes away and our room had towels, beach chairs & an umbrella for our use. It was more of a resort experience than a condo rental, which was swell! The staff was so courteous and welcoming, I can’t say that enough. The unit is not fancy & the “view” is of unfinished construction. There is also a fair amount of street noise. I only mention this because it’s true & it might bother some folks, but it didn’t bother us as we’ve been to Cabo before & we know it’s a busy, noisy place. The location is also close to tons of great restaurants as well as the dance clubs (if that’s your thing). The price is also fabulous. This place checked our boxes & we would definitely return.

El Médano is one of the most famous beaches in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It's renowned for its picturesque beauty, soft sandy shores, and clear blue waters. The beach stretches for about two miles along the Cabo San Lucas Bay, offering plenty of space for sunbathing, swimming, and various water sports activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

El Médano is also lined with a variety of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops, creating a lively atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy delicious seafood, refreshing drinks, and stunning views of Land's End and the iconic Arch (El Arco) rock formation.

The beach is popular among both tourists and locals alike, making it a bustling destination particularly during the peak tourist seasons.
