Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and mountain view. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Mountain vacay

Quick trip to the mountains to take the kids snow tubing. Location was perfect to access activities, girls loved the pool. Would definitely stay at this property again

Great Mountain Weekend

Everything was great. Just as advertised. I slept on one of the trundle beds and slept great. All the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Check-in and check-out was painless. Would book there again for sure.

Game weekend

Long weekend and epic game with ASU vs UNC. Stayed with friends for a long weekend and visit our freshman. Very comfortable and everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Excellent getaway!

Tucked away in a private gated resort-community felt safe and sound, yet very close to all the activities. Our young kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool with sloped entrance. The 2bd, 2ba and loft were great and spacious. A little dated, but still very clean and well maintained, made it feel like a proper getaway in the mountains. Will come stay here again!

The process was simple and easy, the condo was clean, comfortable and had a nice view. There were a few repairs that need to be done but the things that need repairing didn’t hurt our comfort. Just some furniture repairs.

This condo was exactly what was needed for my family. The accommodations were perfect. Although there were only 4 of us staying here- the amount of people this place could sleep was incredible. The two twin trundles upstairs were so neat! I cant wait to bring little ones here so they can feel like they have their own floor to themselves! What a treat that would be for them! What a seamless process! Would def stay here again!

Great location

Perfect short vacation in the late fall. Our 14 year old loved the loft and we loved the gas fire and comfy furniture. We borrowed the sleeping pillows off the guest bed as the decorative pillows were uncomfortable. We missed the big sign saying how to turn on the hot water so we had to wait a bit for hot showers. All easy fixes. Overall very enjoyable and quiet.

Very Nice property.

Overall our stay was very nice. Communication with host was very good. The property was in good shape and in a beautiful location. The kids really enjoyed the pools.The only negatives I would mention is that the shower head in the master needed to be replaced and it was unusual for guests to have to take their own trash out on check out. Also, the kitchen drawers and cabinets had an unusual design and were challenging to open. However overall the property was great and we would stay again.

Love Echota!

Overall we had a great stay at the location. It’s conveniently located to everything in the area. The loft was great for our two tweens as well! Cleanliness was ok. I kept finding candy wrappers and misc. visible from under the furniture. You may want to check your living room ceiling. It appears you may have water damage. (More FYI not a complaint - we are realtors ). The beds were wonderful and it was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Great Getaway

Lovely condo with incredible amenities (our 1-6 year old kids had a blast at the pool every day with it's gradually sloping shallow end). Kitchen is stocked with cookware HOWEVER, no cooking basics (no salt, oil, etc) so plan on bringing everything. Perfect location close to great hikes, downtown Boone and Blowing Rock. Would definitely come again!

Good rental for the price

Overall cleanliness was good, but the showers needed attention. Tub was clean, but there was a good amount of mildew in the tile grout. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, but it was still comfortable enough for our family of 8. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook all of our meals during the stay. TVs were SMALL, which was okay since we were not there to hang around the house, however, I think it would be good for them to update them. The customer service was very good. We had to call for a minor issue and they came the same day to fix the problem. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

It is nice and out there between Blowing Rock and Boone. The property is well kept up just a little out dated. Had to drive to the pool. Very quiet but expected with Covid times.
