Upstairs is the master suite with a luxurious King-size bed, dressed with quality Sheridan bedding, there's ample space in the built in robes, a flat-screen TV, modern en-suite with walk in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Downstairs, bedroom two, has a queen size bed and bedroom three has a double bed, are also dressed with quality Sheridan bedding and built in robes. Bedroom three has a T.V. There's a full size second bathroom with bath, walk in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The laundry area is compact, but offers all the necessities; washing machine, dryer, trough, iron and ironing board.
Tasmanian Myrtle timber features in the full size kitchen. Which has all the comforts of home; microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, full size fridge/freezer, as well as all crockery and cutlery. The dining area which seats six, has a morning sun Easterly aspect. Sit back and relax on the two or three seater couches, with flat screen TV and blue tooth speaker in the living room. The spilt system heat pump offers all year round comfort.
At the end of a hard day you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sun setting on your private balcony.
Just a short walk to the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, Boags Brewery, parks and shopping precincts. Want to see an AFL game? Then you're only a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Stroll to the regular Saturday morning Harvest Market, where you can enjoy all the finest produce Tasmania has to offer. Walk or drive to the Cataract Gorge or take the car to the famous Tamar Valley wine region or the Northern Midland Villages.

A few hiccups with the carpark. Although instructions said to swipe on a post, the driver thought it meant next to the gate. Receptionist came and helped.Only one swipe card was difficult with more than one activity going on.The TV remote was unfamiliar to those first arriving. Instructions would be helpful.The shower in the ensuite needs a grab rail, was quite slippery.Otherwise it was ideal for our requirements, especially having parking.

The apartment was spacious and well located, within walking distance for most things, eg museum, farmers market, good pub meals.The only downside was the lack of a corner store or small supermarket close by.We did appreciated the items left for our use, eg coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, washing capsules, etc.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to the waterfront and the CBD. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need for a holiday stay!
Overall a great apartment with good facilities. Clean and tidy and comfortable. 3 large bedrooms and good size bathrooms. Kitchen well set up to be self-sufficient. Only complaint would be curtains in downstairs bedrooms could be upgraded to block outs as it was very bright overnight. Would recommend for groups and families. We'll stay again!

Loved our stay at 413 Cornwall. Great location to waterfront, CBD, UTAS Stadium. Great views and great price for our group of 6
