Luxurious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Condo in the heart of the Vegas strip located on the 12th floor with two balconies with incredible direct views of all the action on the strip. Unit 12019 deeded week 31 (Sunday August 4 to Sunday August 11 for 2019) you will get this unit for any rentals during this period. Other periods we get preference for direct strip view units but cannot guarantee a direct strip view.

With luxurious décor, your Las Vegas accommodation offers all of the comforts you desire, including a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite entertainment, wet bar and two separate balconies directly on the strip. Each unit has upgraded amenities like flat screen TV, King Size bed and full living room area. This is a 2 bedroom suite with 2 private bathrooms. Each portion of the suite has a balcony.

Walk to all the major casinos and attractions on the strip or catch the Duce bus that stops right in front of Polo Towers and runs 24 hours a day up and down the strip and to "Old Las Vegas" downtown. Take a short Uber or Lift ride from the airport and avoid car rental hassle and expenses while enjoying all Las Vegas has to offer.

Five minute walk to the Miracle Mile Shops/Restaurants/Entertainment attached to the Planet Hollywood Casino with 1.2 miles of indoor "Disney" level Arabian themed streets featuring the best collection of reasonable restaurants and entertainment with high end shops that you will anywhere. Complete theme environment including indoor thunder and rain storms.

Location was great! Close to everything. Grocery store close by. The condo didn’t have much supplies. They allowed us to check in early so that was nice. Beds were very comfortable.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to enjoy the spectacular strip views directly from our condo and walk to all the major attractions without needing a car when we are visiting Las Vegas. This was the only property that has the strip direct strip views in a prime location with two balconies that you can enjoy as well.
