2nd floor unit with private deck available.

Park your car and leave all of your worries behind! 2nd floor unit of duplex in North Beach Haven available for weekly rentals. This house, situated on the bayside of Long Beach Island is a short walk to the beach with a traffic light for easy/safe access across the boulevard, a half of block from the bay with a beach shore line, and the best part.... 1/2 mile from Fantasy Island and all of Beach Havens attractions. Enjoy days spent at the beach, evenings on the Ferris Wheel or take a walk to the bay to watch the sunset with cocktails in hand.

The second floor unit has an open concept feel with newer appliances, views of the bay and a private ROOF deck with adirondeck chairs for enjoying coffee and a good book in the morning or watching the sunset with a glass of wine at night. There are 2 bedrooms, a trundle with two twin beds in one, a queen size bed in the other, also the living room couch has a pull out queen bed for additional sleeping. Apartment size washer/dryer in master bedroom closet.
The 2nd floor has a deck that was just built in the Spring of 2024 for private outdoor dining and relaxing. There is a foot wash and outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach and 2 parking spots per unit. Again, leave your cars in their spots and walk/bike ride to all that LBI has to offer.
Did I mention there is an ice cream shop at the end of the corner and wonderful restaurants within a few blocks? This home on Waverly Ave. is the perfect location for your next vacation on Long Beach Island.

We Love LBI!

This spot is in a nice neighborhood, great for riding bikes and close to the rides and shops. The beds were comfortable and the deck was nice. The kitchen could use a refresh of supplies. It needs a large frying pan, new cutting board etc..but if you aren't planning on cooking then no worries. We had such great weather all week and had a great time.

Had a great long MDW weekend in this space. The second floor apartment is incredibly spacious with a full kitchen and living room, and private roof deck. The AC worked great, rooms had comfy beds, and was in perfect proximity to all the things you want to do in Beach Haven. Owners were responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place and service !

The house was clean and with everything needed. We stayed 2 weeks and all of us had a great time. Susie and Mike were very responsive when contacting them. The roof was our favorite place followed by the backyard. Close enough to walk to beach, restaurants and attractions and still quiet at night. We highly recommend this rental. We are planning to reserve again for 2022 👍

Wonderful Late-September Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the second floor unit of this property. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had a gas stove (which we used a few times to cut down on eating out). The sunsets from the rooftop deck were lovely! I recommend bringing a small outdoor lantern if you'd like to hang out on the rooftop deck after the sun starts to set as there are no outdoor lights that we could find up there. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This property was perfect for our family of four with two kids ages 10 and 7. Sunset and bay views swim the roof deck, quick walk/bike to a variety of eateries and attractions, 5 min walk to the beach, what more could you ask for? Great location, property, and vacation. We were looking to have some family time close to the beach. This property was close to both the beach and the bay and we ended up spending quite a bit of time paddle boarding and kayaking on the bay. You can park the car and leave it for the week.

Awesome Vacation
