This clean and charming two-story 1939
home is located in the heart of Prescott's Historic District. Walk to Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Square! Enjoy all the events, restaurants, shopping that the square offers. When you are home, enjoy the big screen TV with Roku, YouTubeTV, Free movies, and the Internet. Glass Top Stove, Microwave, toaster oven, and BBQ. A dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer are available. The Romantic upstairs bedroom has skylights, a private bath with shower over tub, and large closets. French doors separate the 'office' or reading area... King mattress to enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. The two Main Floor bedrooms offer Queen beds. Separate bath has a shower or enjoy a good soak in the comfortable clawfoot tub after a full day! Big screen TV above the gas fireplace. BBQ on the front balcony overlooking Thumb Butte! If you like to shop, the stores around Courthouse Square make a fun day. We loved traveling to Prescott, Arizona's Christmas City, enjoying all that the town has to offer. Especially loved coming for the Tree Lighting Ceremony in December and the Boot Drop for New Year's Eve. Enjoy the drop at 10 then walk back and watch the 12 o'clock from the balcony! The Rodeo in July is a must-do...the oldest Rodeo in the World! Enjoy the Craft Fares and car shows along with all the History. Famous Bars and all the Fine dining options. Walk back home from a lovely day/evening in town or take a free ride in one of the golf carts set up to shuttle you around town! Love being close to everything! The end of Marina St has Depot Marketplace... where you can find a Sprouts Farmers Market, Verizon, Staples, get your nails or dry cleaning done. Founding Fathers is an interesting place worth investigating. Of course, walking to Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square, Dinner choices and several new Brewery options invite you to sample.
Why they chose this property
Every trip to Prescott made me love it more. I was lucky enough to find this home in 2014. It is charming and cheery. I love being able to walk to the downtown and enjoy all that it has to offer. Alas, I am not able to live here full time, so look forward to sharing my good fortune with you. Plan a few days away and perhaps you too will come to love the four seasons and enjoy watching the snow fall at New Years!

Morning and Sunset views of Thumb Butte! Sit on the front balcony, while you enjoy a beverage or BBQ. Enjoy the views from inside while enjoying the ambient fire when you are home. The Location is just two blocks from downtown and all that is offered there. Once you arrive, no more driving is required... unless you want to explore the numerous Prescott area attractions.
