Wouldn't it be great to be able to walk to the beach? Well, you can from Englewood Beach Villas. Located directly across from beautiful Englewood Beach, you can stroll over to watch the spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunsets, take an early morning walk in the fresh air with the relaxing feel of sand beneath your feet, or pack a cooler and spend the day basking in the sun.

Englewood Beach Villas has one of the largest heated pools on the Manasota Key. Well maintained and a great place to go, relax, and enjoy the warm Florida sun. Along side the pool is a shuffle board court available to use.

The lovely community center is a gathering place for meeting others and having fun. All are welcome to participate in the potlucks, card parties, bingo nights, and a wide variety of activities. The center is a Wi-Fi hotspot for keeping in touch with family members unable to leave cold weather behind.

Englewood, including the Lemon Bay area and Manasota Key, is a relaxing haven along the Gulf of Mexico between the busy metropolitan centers of Tampa and Fort Myers. Miles of beautiful white sand beach and sparkling water are the setting for a myriad of activities for swimming, boating and fishing to sunbathing and simply walking along the shore.

Many golf courses, as well as parks and recreational facilities of all types, are located in and around Englewood. Historic Dearborn Street has become a mecca for artisans who practice and display their craftwork in shops and at numerous weekend festivals. The Lemon Bay Playhouse offers community productions while Venice and Sarasota, a short drive away; provide entertainment opportunities to satisfy all tastes.

Local restaurants feature “early bird” menus to make dining out convenient and affordable for all. However, even the most discriminating taste can be satisfied by a wide variety of dining establishments.

This vacation rental was simply amazing. The view was breath-taking, and the house was gorgeous. The house was super clean and updated. Our family loved every minute of it.

We loved this property. Location was perfect. Neighborhood was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Only downside was uncomfortable beds.

Very clean and homey place

We stayed at 23 Pearl Street in the Englewood Beach Community which is a collection of small homes in a very quiet and nice little neighborhood. This home was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The home is situated with a view of the inlet/bay which was very nice. Could sit out in the back in the evening in the shade and watch the fish jumping out of the water. We also had a great view of the lunar eclipse!!! Jean, who managed the property was very responsive to all our questions. We have stayed a few other places in the area and this property has been the best location and the best maintained property. It is very convenient to the restaurants and the beaches. Didn't have to drive to any of these. Thanks so much for offering such a nice place to stay.

Hidden Gem!

This condo/villa is beautiful! And located across the street from the beach. Close to restaurants and shops and has a private dock on the bay that you can fish off of or use for watercraft. A+++!

The beach is directly across the street, the kids loved the large deep pool. The house was nice with everything you need including bikes, beach chairs, small umbrella, shell rake, washer, dryer and 2 flat screen tv's.

Great vacation home rental

Review #18190041 “Quiet Beach Community” ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay in Englewood Villas. The house was nice and looked better in person than the pictures. We enjoyed having Lemon Bay in our back yard. The community pool was very large and deep. It was never crowded, we usually had it all to ourselves. The beach is right across the street and it is beautiful. This was the best week in paradise. There are so many beautiful shells and sharks teeth on the shore and in the beach. Definitely bring a snorkel! The villa had a private washer and dryer which were a big help. There are 2 flat screen tv's, a large one in the living room and smaller one in the master bedroom. The kids room has two twin beds. There were plenty of pillows, towels and linens in the closet. There was a fishing pole, beach chairs, beach umbrella, shark tooth rake, and 3 bikes available as well. I would highly recommend this villa.

Fabulous!

My family and I loved our villa rental. We couldn't have picked a better paradise for our family getaway. The beach was a 3min walk from our door, the heated pool only 45 seconds. The community was so friendly and exactly what we needed to truly enjoy our vacation. Our villa was perfect for our family and within 24hrs of arrival we were very much into vacation mode. Would highly recommend to anyone. Our only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. By far one of our best vacations and best holiday rentals.

Very NIce

The home was very neat and clean and looked as though it had been recently updated. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores aren't too far away and most importantly, you are within walking distance of a very nice beach!! There is lots of room for a family of 4, and the community pool is right behind the home, making it's location even better. We appreciated the washer and dryer as well beach chairs and towels. Something that might be helpful is a list of trash information, pool hours, a list of local restaurants and grocery stores. Overall , we really enjoyed our stay!
