This is a charming ground floor 1BR/1BA unit with a peaceful pond view from your lanai. Steps from the beautiful gulf beach! Condo was completely renovated in 2025

Bedroom has a king bed that can be made into twins. To accommodate overnight guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with a large flat screen t.v. Bedroom has a smart TV. Ceramic tile throughout. Washer/Dryer. Free long distance in Usa, Canada and Puerto Rico.

This unit provides 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and beach towels. Extras include a toaster oven and regular coffee pot.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included.

7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available. This is a nonsmoking and no pet condo.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

Christmas at the Beach

This condo was a lovely place to stay. A short walk to the beach. Air conditioning issue was resolved within hours of our arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice property. Met our needs. Nicely equiped.

The unit at Runaway Bay was quite nice and had everything we were looking for. Close to beach, lots of dining options and a nice pool area. We only wish the weather would have been better. The cool wind kept us from enjoying the beach as much as we would have liked. But overall, had a good time. Got lots of neat shells. Linda & Dennis from frigid Minnesota

Loved everything about this place.. location and size was great.. worst part was the place had a very musty odor.. pool was closed for repairs.. upstairs neighbors(directly above us) were very noisy.. especially after midnight until three or four in the morning.. sounded like they were sliding furniture constantly.. very thankful they were only there the the last two nights.. overall, we’d stay here again..

The condo was great! Easy walk to beach. Everything I needed was there, except laundry detergent. And very disappointed that the pool was closed! My grandchildren were also staying there, and upset that they could not swim. Since I paid for that access, I feel that some money should be repaid. Otherwise, the week was nice. Thank you

Spacious one bedroom in great area!

We loved the full kitchen. We were able to prepare a traditional Christmas dinner for ourselves and our son and his family who we staying nearby. We came from California and they came from Iowa. Easy Beach access and heated swimming pool a plus. Very comfortable King-sized bed.
