Our host was very attentive and helpful, we were very pleased with the area that the house is located in. The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Matthew answered any questions or concerns we had regarding the house very quickly. Would certainly stay there again.

Awesome hideaway

We all felt very safe in the neighborhood. The host was very communicative and had thought about every detail needed by visitors in the house. Would rent again!

Lemon Bay House

The house was very nice. It was well equipped and very open floor plan. It was in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe, as we were two women traveling alone. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area, e.g., biking the legacy trail and warm mineral springs. Beautiful sunsets at the beach front.

Lemon Bay

Very nice property. Clean and well taken care of. Close to everything Venice has to offer. Neighborhood was quiet. Not alot of traffic. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Nice house!

The home has been nicely remodeled and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and the screened in area was great to keep bugs away while enjoying the outdoors at night. Not all of the jets worked in the hot tub but we were gone so much, we didn't have many nights to enjoy it anyway.

Great stay

We chose this place for the location need Shamrock Park and easy access to the bike trails. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was pleasant. We biked to Manasota Key Beach a couple times and drove to other beaches also. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was a pleasant surprise to find the knives were sharp. We didn’t use the hot tub but instructions for it would have been helpful. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Perfect for a couple or small family.

The house is located in an out of the way nice, quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive to amenities and highways that will get you where you want to go. The house was clean and efficiently lain out. The four seasons room in back was great for relaxing in and the hot tub was much used. The only complaint we had was the mattresses on the beds. The one in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, and the one in the other bedroom was too soft. If that is corrected I would have absolutely no complaints.

We loved staying at Lemon Bay last week. It’s a fully updated home, very clean and livable. Matthew, the owner, answered any text very quickly and handled issues immediately. We couldn’t be more pleased with this experience.
