Our home in the Amagansett Dunes will be available for rent in august ,2023 . This is a very contemporary high end home, completed in summer of 2012. Located on a private road in the dunes, it is just three houses away from direct ocean beach access. Fully loaded with every amenity. Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, Sonos sound system, cable, wifi, etc. East Hampton Rental Registry # 18-226
The home has three bedrooms, all on second floor. King size bed in master suite, king size bed in second bedroom, and two twin beds in third bedroom which can be joined. Two and 1/2 baths. Beautiful kitchen with Ceasarstone counters, Bertazzoni stove, two Bosch dishwashers, wine storage. Two flatscreen TVs, one in living area and one in master bedroom.
The house is in pristine condition with beautiful furnishings and art. It is not suitable for families with young children. Absolutely no smoking on the premises and no pets. References and a substantial security deposit required.
Tenants responsible for the following expenses: housekeeping, utilities, cable.
Rental price is $32,000 for the entire period. Dates outside those specified will NOT be considered.
