Enjoy an intimate getaway with your own beach, fire pit, and hot tub. We have a pontoon boat available by request - send a message below to Georgia for rental rates and availability. King bed in the master bedroom and a full bed futon with overhead single in second bedroom. Pull-out single sofa in the den. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms completely remodeled. Screened in back porch runs the length of the house. Open den and kitchen combination just remodeled and updated. Two decks, front and rear. Rear deck features hot tub and outdoor shower with gorgeous view of lake. Expansive white sand beach with fixed and floating docks. Hammock and firepit on the beach. Exquisite views of Lake Wylie.

The place was in great condition. Really enjoyed the lake views and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. I would definitely stay here again. Management team was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Cute waterfront house. Sunsets were amazing and the fire pit was used every night. Excellent hiking opportunities all within 20 minutes of the house. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. However the beds were killer. The mattress was so thin we were sleeping on the frames.

Great location on the lake. The beach area was nice to have as it was in the 90's all week. Rented the Pontoon for a few days which was great for exploring the lake and stopping for dinner.

Perfect spot

The house is clean and well stocked with a big wonderful screened in deck. Communication with the owner is excellent. The location on the lake is fantastic! We rented the pontoon boat and spent the entire day on the water. We will definitely return!

Wonderful lil cottage!

What a wonderful place with a stunning view! The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We loved having access to the private beach with all the water toys, and relaxing in the hot tub each night was a highlight. The location was also perfect — so close to Charlotte. We hope to come back someday!

Great weekend getaway

Very neat 2 bedroom cabin with nicely stocked kitchen. We had an early Thanksgiving dinner out on the screened in porch and it was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit.

Very nice place!

This place exceeded our expectations. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, the beach is a real gem and the views are wonderful. We stayed at The Pearl for Christmas 2024 and it was really great. Would strongly suggest for a couple or small family looking for a comfyt get-away on the water close, but not too close, to Charlotte.

Home was extremely clean and as expected, based on photos and the description. Hosts were very responsive and available from check in through check out. There was an issue with the hot water and they had a new hot water tank installed by the next morning. The home was comfortable, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach and dock were easily accessible and also clean. I would highly recommend this home to those wishing for a lake house experience!
