Pictures don’t do stay justice

Enjoyed my stay. Condo is located centrally to every in PCB. Gulf view was spectacular. Condo was supplied with an ample amount of bath towels and toiletries. Could have used a few more pots and pans but we made it work with what we had. Overall, great stay. Definitely would book again.

Soooo nice

The condo is a super clean, beautiful space. The true gem is the beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the bedroom and living room sliding doors. Appliances are current and there are ample supplies (kitchen, sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, etc.) We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean EVERYTHING is. Thank you, we definitely found a treasure.

Breathtaking Ocean Views!!!

This condo has one of the most beautiful views on the emerald coast!! We did a girls trip weekend getaway, and had the best time. The condo is well equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking and seating. The bedrooms had plenty of space and comfy beds. Great decor throughout the condo, and best of all easy access to the condo gym, pool, hot tub and beach access. Already planning on next arrival!!! Thanks to Nina for all the great restaurant recommendations.

6/10 Okay

Nice condo (5 stars) but amenities were marginal (1 star).

Upon arrival, we found no "welcome package" that seems to be standard at most condos. Things like wrist bands, parking pass, etc, we're not readily available and affected our use of the on site pool until the second day. The condo sleeps 6 and had numerous pillows but only 4 pillow cases. No bathroom soaps or washcloths were provided. Usually there's at least a bar of soap and a set of towels available on arrival but if you are notified early you can bring the items. Same for dishwasher pack. Most places offer one to use when you leave to run it with the dirty dishes but none were provided upon arrival. After the phone call to Nina on the first day, she had addressed the issues by the second day. Overall, the condo was nice but it seemed like we were one of the first families to stay.

Dear Greg When you rent a condo for 1 week from a private owner you should not expect a welcome package.you rented a privately owned unit , not the four seasons Hotel. That`s why the price is a lot cheaper than a full service hotel. In your check in e-mail for check in procedures you did not follow the directions , it clearly stated you need to get your wrist bands and parking passes on floor 6. They need your license plate for the parking pass , which I don`t have .You also didn`t pick up your wrist bands as stated in the check in e-mail.We got some additional wash clothes and dish detergent for you , 1 is not enough since you had 6 guests and surely were not only cooking 1 time...and you were not willing to buy any yourself, and stated you would leave the dishes dirty if none were provided.Again this is a condo not a 5 * hotel. The amenities you rated a 1 * were clearly stated in the property description , but I assume you did not read those either, just like the check in e-mail you didn`t read or coudn`t comprehend. We have rented this unit all season last year and this year, you were certainly not the first guest, but you definetely were one of the most ungrateful guests we have encountered .I recommend you book and pay for a 5 * all inclusive hotel next time

Great great stay

I came to PCB on a couples trip. My boyfriend and I along with another couple. The room was amazing it smelled amazing as well. Extremely clean fresh towels not one thing was out of place. The bedrooms are a nice size as well as both bathrooms. The balcony is huge looks a lot bigger in person. We have pots, linens, washer and dryer, iron ironing board. The only thing u have to supple is your own food drinks and trash bags because there was none there. The only cons were that the beds we slightly hard and the WIFI wasn't very strong at all but everything else was PERFECTION! Also the yellow wrist bands you need are in the room already no need to go to the 6th floor for anything.

Great condo and amazing views!

When we first arrived at the condo there was no one in the office and we didn't have the wrist bands needed to use the facilities on the property. I called Nina the property manager and she was right on it and said she would be there in 10 minutes. What a fantastic response for I'm sure a busy person!! (As it went we didn't need her after all as the resort manager finally called us back). Thank you SO much Nina! The condo itself was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, great balcony with an amazing view, and close to just about everything. Best part was having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could go home with clean clothes! A vacation we will not soon forget- hope to see you next year!

A very relaxing month for my wife and I

When we arrived the condo was clean and well prepared for us to move in. We enjoyed our stay, the view was second to none and the weather was great. Little issues were quickly dealt with by Nina. We would highly recommend this Property to anyone who wishes for a quiet and relaxing experience. You have access within minutes to all the amenities such are restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses etc. Len & Louiselle Bilodeau Haileybury, Ontario, Canada

Perfect!

We came to Panama City for the Little League World Series. Great location to the ballpark, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Older condo but well maintained. Excellent view and access to the beach and good pool and hot tub. Had a couple problems when we first arrived (very minor) and Nina personally showed up and took care of them. I give high marks to her, she was awesome.

Nice and clean property. The pool was never over run with a lot of people. Only thing that was bad is there are no luggage carts but we adapted. Loved the huge balcony!!

We had a great time at our home away from home. The condo was perfect and the huge balcony made it great for watching the sunset. We enjoyed sitting outside over looking the beach and waking up to the fantastic view.

White House Tn family

Great location. Minutes from Pier Park. Nicely furnished with spectacular views from the huge balcony. Only cons are too few lawn chairs by the pool and only 3 elevators. We would definitely stay here again. Overall great deal for the price.

2/10 Terrible

Not that great

If you are not the primary renter and you have your vehicle there then get ready to get your excercise. We went for family vacation with parents. Parents rented condo and got the ONE parking pass. That meant I had to park 1 mile away from condo in an unsecured gravel lot in the middle of nowhere. Not good for someone like me who had knee surgery 2 months ago. Had literally no hot water in condo the entire time. Furniture in wobbly shape and no tv in bedroom. I realize that these may be minor issues to most but when you pay for a condo on the beach, you expect much better. I have stayed at many condos and this was by far the worst. Won't go back.
Response from VrboOwner on 1 Aug 2021
One star seems just malicious to me, like you are a super unhappy person .You had a clean condo , no bugs running around, clean good smelling sheets , clean kitchen and living room ,amazing condo right on the beach , and you want to complain about no TV in the 2nd bedroom. There is a 40" Flat screen in the Living room , a 40" Flat Screen in the Master bedroom , and you complain about TVs.The Parking situation is out of our hands. The condo has so many units and so many parking spaces.I did not built the condo , and if I did , I would have more parking , yes.But to leave 1 * is ridiculous. I hope you still enjoyed your stay , even though there was not enough parking, and not enough hot water for you. I will let the condo management know. The Management team and Owner of this property work very hard to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We take phone calls 24hrs/7days a week, and strive for excellent service.

very nice getaway

This was a great place to stay. They provided everything. It was nice to not have to run to the store for things we would have forgotten like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. The beach was beautiful and the water so clear!!
