Lots of fun spaces inside for congregating and a very comfortable deck with lots of room. Close to stores and great restaurants, but surrounded by trees so quiet and peaceful. Nice spot!

This home is lovely and spacious with a true Colorado mountain vibe. Very comfortable beds/ bedrooms and lots of family gathering spaces. A very quiet/ private street yet within easy walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of extras like bikes, books, puzzles and pool table. The host is very accommodating and a great communicator. Lots of fun wildlife too! We loved our stay!

This property worked extremely well for 6 of us with e-bikes. We loved the location and proximity to the Rio Grande Trail, the grocery store, and the small shops and brewery. The home was large enough for us all to gather or be in our own spaces if so desired. Was great to have outdoor seating on both sides of the home and select based on the warm sun. Most of all, Adam is an outstanding host who is very responsive, accommodating, and kind.

Wonderful space for the whole family. The home was spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed,The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and provided great information about the area. There's so much to do in the surrounding mountains and towns. The location was incredibly convenient – within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home.

Great location, plenty of space, incredibly responsive host, and a perfect home to share with your dogs on vacation! The fenced yard space is a huge plus for dog parents. Close to Carbondale, Aspen, Snowmass and lots of options for activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a well-designed house with plenty of space in an incredible location for our purposes. We walked our dogs throughout the neighborhood, including around the pond and common area, and the fenced-in dog yard at the house made letting them out a breeze. The property is gorgeous with a babbling brook and plenty of privacy, but was within easy walking distance of shopping, coffee, a brewery, bar, and other activities. We loved our stay.

This property really met our needs. We had a fairly large group, including a dog, and wanted to be close to Aspen in a place that provided plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Adam was easy to deal with before and during our stay. This was a lot of property for the money, in a great location. Basalt is a cute town, with good restaurants and nice walking spaces.

Family Getaway

Rustic, spacious homes lave for the best extended family to gather. My only complaint was the temperature and the smoke from the fires in Colorado.

Location and great Price! There are a multitude of options to launch off to from this home:
1) Take a short day trip to Maroon Bells, Aspen/Snowmass

2) Bring your bike and take an easy ride to downtown Basalt, Wood creek Distillery, Willits (2 bikes for your use on property). Bike rental near by.

3) Relax in the private back yard by the bar and listen to the tranquil stream while taking in the wildlife.

4) Gear up for some of the best fishing and rafting in Colorado. Private path straight to the Roaring Fork River or 10 minute drive to the Frying Pan River.
