The home's location on Pass a Grille also provides for a short walk to historic 8th avenue and is only a few blocks from several other notable restaurants such as the Wharf, Sea Critters and Genarro's. The home includes a one car garage, beach toys, cart, chairs, other accessories and plenty of parking on site for guests.
