Even More Beautiful in Person

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was even more beautiful in person and the location was 10/10. We had a couple issues during our stay— the arm bands wouldn’t work for the gates and security wouldn’t let us out of the gate to leave. I spoke with the owner through VRBO and he assured this would be taken care of for future guests. He was very prompt with his response. Even with those issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already checked the calendar to book again next year!

Ocean view, and rooms and living room were a good size. Pool was great and the beach was right there! No need to cross any streets… Furniture, bathroom and kitchen little outdated and the sofas had a dirty smell.But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great loved the comfort of the king beds as well as the awesome view. Would definitely come back and stay again. I liked the restaurant and cocktails available right on the way down to the beach. The location was great too. Near cool shops and restaurants.

The condo was perfect. Not too much clutter and plenty of room for all of our things and room to move. All amenities worked fine and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing and the closeness to the beach was perfect as well!

Fantastic stay

High Pointe is my family’s favorite place to vacation. We have been going there for years and have never been disappointed. This unit was consistent with others we have had and the manager promptly addressed a couple of minor issues we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

The condo unit is spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with some updates in the furnishings and flooring in the living area. The close proximity to Rosemary is a plus and Crabby Steve’s- always a favorite!

Memorial Day vacation

Loved everything about this place and location but could’ve been cleaner when we arrived. The sofa throw had food/crusty stains on it as well as a very stained sofa. However we throughly enjoyed our vacation!

Thanksgiving Week

We stayed in Seacrest for the 22nd straight Thanksgiving week [mostly in High Point]. We loved the views from the deck and location. The unit was as we expected and the management company was very responsive to any needs. The TVs are a little dated, but not a major issue.

Unit quite dated and missing some essential utensils(most notably knives). Wi-fi did not work entire stay and received no response from Beach Escapes Realty regarding the issue.

Excellent sister trip

This condo is in an excellent location. The view of the ocean and pool was lovely with stunning sunsets. Furnishings were new and the management company was very responsive to our issues with WiFi and anything else. We are an older group of sisters, with various capabilities, and this condo catered to our different intentions, providing a sound base for a sweet time together. Thanks so much.

I enjoyed my extended stay at HighPointe! The condo is situated with beautiful pool and ocean views. Enjoyed both patios and the large master bedroom windows! Incredible! Although not updated and could use some new paint and flooring and overall TLC, it was comfortable and met all my needs. New mattresses were delivered during my stay as a bonus. Management was TOP NOTCH and attentive. I will be back! Tammy

million dollar property with poor furnishings

wonderful location, great view! furnishings were awful; no walk in shower; stepping in and out of large tub was dangerous; nothing to hold on to; appliances were from 1980; tv remote and operation of tv also from the 80's; several lights out or not working; unit was not clean, including dishes, silver ware etc; NOT ONE bedroom or bathroom door locks were functional; towels were from Motel 6; would never recommend this place

Housekeeping is of utmost importance to us and I'm surprised to hear that you you didin't feel the home was clean. Please reach out to us directly and let us know what cleaning issues you experienced. We are available always for our guests and will correct anything as soon as we are notified. All lights are checked before every arrival and the home is also inspected before every arrival. All the TVs currently have Direct TV service. The refrigerator was replaced last year and the kitchen was remodeled with new countertops. The living room furniture was all replaced recently as well.
