A Ten minute walk to Bay Beach, and close to numerous other divine bay beaches , inlets and harbors that make Springs a dream for water and nature lovers. A summer farmers market at Ashawagh Hall, local delis and water front restaurants, live music and art events all add to the convenience and lure that has drawn many an artist and summer visitor to this unique neighborhood. East Hampton and Amagansett Villages and Ocean Beaches are a short drive away should you decide to pull your self away from this little corner of paradise.

Lovely home in East Hampton

We had a wonderful stay at Jane and David’s home. It is very clean, commodious, and well stocked. Great kitchen for cooking. Plenty of towels and linens. The pool is a very nice feature and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. It is a great house for kids—bunk beds and lots of toys—even a high chair. Jane and David could not have been more responsive hosts. Our emails were answered immediately. Jane provided us with lots of tips for dining and going to the beach. When we asked about a French press for coffee making, Jane had one delivered from Amazon the next day! They could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return!

Warm and inviting. Clean and well stocked. Other than food it was like staying at my own place!

The owners went way over board to accommodate our party. Made me feel like we were family just coming to stay. Enjoyed the pool every day walked to beach on bay side. Easy drive to East Hampton and Montauk for shopping and sites. Very happy with our vacation destination.
