The condo was exactly as described and the check in process was easy. The unit was clean and it is a great spot right across from the beach and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

My overall experience was good. The proximity from the unit to the beach was great. I loved going to Paradise Grille every day to get my coffee and enjoy the ocean views. I just wish I had more respectable neighbors during my stay.

Construction

We love Gulf Winds. However with the destruction from the hurricanes from the previous fall, there was construction going on during our stay, understandably. We just didn't know that the only unit that there was construction going on in was the one directly below ours. It was constant noise all week. As well as interruptions for fire alarm testing, shutting off our water, and similar things which were very off putting all week. Also the refrigerator in our unit went out with three days left in our stay so we had to put all of our food into coolers for the rest of our trip. It was more like camping than resorting. The staff did what they could to compensate us, but it was not the most relaxing of trips.

Spring Break

The location of this property makes it an ideal destination. Just a walk across the street and you are on the beach!! Many quality restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location!

This unit is in a great location on St. Pete Beach- you can see the beach from the front window, and a short walk to the shore. The complex is older, but this unit has been updated. Everything you need is there- kitchen, beach supplies, comfy beds. There is no deck or patio attached, but the pool is right down the stairs. Convenience store, many restaurants, scooter & bike rental, Corey Ave. shops and even a McDonalds within easy walking distance. Would stay again.
