Excellent location & nice updates

We liked this place, overall. The recent updates were very impressive. It was an easy walk to the beach; even when carrying the chairs and umbrella. We saw dolphins every night at sunset at the inlet on the north side of Upham beach park. The only drawbacks we had was the lack of internet service. It was accessible, but you couldn’t do anything with it.

Spring Break 2021

Good location. Guest entries really need to be spruced up. All cinder block and cement, feels creepy. Our rental was decorated nicely. Clean and no bugs. Would highly recommend upgrading the beds to something comfortable with nicely fitted sheets. The sheets did not fit any of these small mattresses making it look and feel messy. A bit sketchy feeling because of the sloppiness.
