Wonderful wide water views, sunsets & sea breezes. Victoria Drive is a quiet pedestrian friendly street hugging St Joseph Sound (intracoastal waterway). The Vic is a small condominium complex with just 26 units. Guests and residents invite you to join them in gathering by the water to toast the sunset.

The Community has a shared pool, small fitness room, waterfront seating, charcoal BBQ & designated covered parking.
Under half-mile easy stroll is downtown Dunedin where you will find restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, two museums, an organic food store, weekend farmers market, parades and events. The downtown marina features a couple of restaurants, boat trips and a ferry to Clearwater beach.
We are just 2 blocks from 47 mile Pinellas bike/walking Trail and 1/4 mile to Weaver Park (playground, fitness, fishing pier, canoe/sup launch & seasonal concerts)
Honeymoon Island Beach State Park is just 4 miles by car or bike trail.
Want to leave your car behind, hop on the "Jolly Trolley" bus which runs between Tarpon Springs to north and Clearwater Beach to the south.
Public golf, boat, kayak and bike rental are all nearby. Don't forget Dunedin is the home Blue Jays Spring Training & minor league baseball. Further afield are the vibrant downtown & museums of St Petersburg and Tampa, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Theme parks.

We have been living in and enjoying the Tampa Bay area since 1988.
Why they chose this property
Within a short stroll Dunedin's lively downtown offers boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, farmers market and more. It's the site of annual events and parades. We were drawn to Dunedin's Scottish heritage since Anne's mother was from Glasgow and enjoy the sounds of bagpipes and the annual Highland Games. With windows facing St Josephs Sound, we knew we had found the perfect coastal retreat.
